Yoshi is the best character hands down to play against hackers. You can always use unblockables, trap them with flash and many other stuff lmao. Love it.
People always underestimate his self heal. That stuff is godly against cheaters and forces them to pressure you, which is the last thing any cheater wants to do because they suck ass at the game
from what i can tell you from the top of my head: - insane wavedashing, something that even pros can't do. - insane korean back dashing. again, if it's better than pros, it's most likely cheats. - auto-block/low parry. it's hard for a casual like me to tell, unless you go into the replay and see either perfectly timed inputs or crazy looking inputs. - truly perfect execution of very difficult moves/combos done consistently by someone random. for example, i've seen a couple videos of unknown bryan players who throw out taunt jet uppers way too easily. - constant/ridiculous grab breaks. even if you can't tell, just looking at the replay and seeing frame perfect breaks will tell you if it's not legit. - you get hit once and then it suddenly disconnects. it's a client-side hack that lets them one-shot you to win the match. - not sure if auto-blocking and auto-punishing bots are still around, but it is what i've seen from videos.
The nice thing is that most hacks aren't perfect and there are ways to destroy hackers if you can figure out the holes, usually a result of the player not knowing what to do in certain situations you create. Beating a hacker as Gigas main is one of the most satisfying feelings there is.

they always block most of the usually unreactable stuff without fail and high execution moves that may look too fast to execute at that speed
As others said, the biggest ones are the autoblocker. Idk if they still had problems with certain strings / unblockables.

Throw poke lows like D4 and if they always blocking those, they're using low block hacks
