I know one polish player who cheats just like fari and he "achieved" multiple TGO by save scumming. He's gameplan was simple - if you play extremely aggressive and unsafe you can surprise even a much better player. Then, you don't rematch because better player will adapt and destroy you sooner or later, just move on to the next opponent and save scum when you loose.
Playing as cheater is difficult because you have so many macro buttons for your five fingers and a normal player can easily beat with just 4 basic buttons 😂
Execution vs. fundamentals and knowledge. No matter how much cheating you do you can't change the fact that d/f+2 is going to be -12 on block. You're going to get jab punished by anyone who understands the game if you throw it out.

It was so funny when Fariborz would auto-sidestep the button TMM kept forgetting not to use and chat goes “use more tracking moves” like he’s playing a real player who has sidestepped at any time other than exactly when TMM input a move that can be sidestep punished.
Each of his cheats works by percentage, meaning he can customize the chance of doing them to hide the fact that he's hacking by configuring them slightly lower than 100%. So those electrics are not all PEWGF depending on the % he configured it on

Hopefully tekken 8 will have somthing at the very least for this so cheaters can at least get banned and not reach high ranks
