    I recently suffered a shoulder impingement. After doing physical therapy and switching to this racquet with a multifilament hybrid I have been able to play pain free. Took a little time getting used to the head shape but fully adjusted now.

    How to costumize the new Vcore 95 2023, i mean where the best place to use a lead tape on there for more balance and good especially because 95 HS and Weight just 310gram. Cause i really want to buy it soon and want to customize it very well to my New Vcore 95 2023 soon. Hopefully TW can answer it please..
    Thanks.

      I like trying some at 3 and 9 and also a bit at 12 o'clock. I usually like my swingweight at about 330-335, so you would have to know your starting swingweight first in order to know how much to add, or you can just start with like 1 gram at each spot, and see how it feels to you on court. You might also want to add some handle weight, depending on how heavy you want to go. I usually use tungsten putty and cotton to install the weight inside the trapdoor. Here's some good info to check out: www.tennis-warehouse.com/learning_center/how_to/customize_your_tennis_racquet.html. Troy, TW

    Any comment between this racket and the pro staff 97 v14? Also what strings do you think pair well with the pro staff around 48-52 lb?

    • @sjjapp
      @sjjapp ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Someone can and maybe will come along and tell you what they think will work best in that tension range with the pro staff. But what they say means next to nothing. The truth is, as much as you may not want to hear it, is that you have to figure that out for yourself. Same with racket and spec preferences. It's all so personal that all anyone can do for you is say what they think is good, which may or may not have any relevance to what you think is good. You only have to look at the variety of pro setups to see this goes right the way to the top.
      If you want a recommendation anyway though, here you go. In the pro staff pair Alu power in mains with syn gut (like tecnifibre NRG2) or something like that in the crosses. You can even string it just like you've listed there, 48 lbs mains and 52lbs crosses.
      Differences between the pro staff 97 I assume you mean and the vcore 95. The vcore 95 is more like a 95 inch thinner beamed Pure Aero. If they made a Pure Aero 95, it would likely play similar and would be a direct competitor, like the Pure Aero 98/100 and Vcore 98/100 are currently. The pro staff, while modernised for nearly a decade now, still has a more of a 'all court traditional' kind of thing going so for players that play more all over the court they may possibly prefer the pro staff. A modern baseliner may prefer the vcore. This won't apply to every case.

      Both very nice playing racquets, for those seeking precision, control, and easy spin and launch angle (more spin friendly with the VCORE 95 and a bit easier power). I will agree the opinion that the VCORE 95 is more user-friendly from the baseline, and is a bit more spin friendly. With the wider head shape up in the top of the hoop, it makes the VCORE 95 feel like it has a bigger sweet-spot and helps with heavy spin strokes. The Pro Staff 97 v14 feels very precise, and I really like the stability on volleys. It feels great on the backhand slice, maybe not quite as forgiving on heavy tospin, but overall a great all court racquet for players who can hit all the shots. The stiffness of the PS 97 gives it nice solid pop, and the feel of the VCORE 95 is a bit more dampened and this 2023 version feels pretty plush. Troy, TW

    How many pounds would it be appropriate to put on this racket? and which one would you recommend?

    • @tenniswarehouse
      @tenniswarehouse  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      We tried a bunch of different poly strings. For example, the Yonex Poly Tour Pro at 52 pounds was an initial string and tension we tried. We also tried Solinco Hyper-G 16L at 50 pounds, and some other strings we liked were Volkl Cyclone, Luxilon ALU Power, and Kirschbaum Pro Line II. Troy, TW

      I’ve got Lynx Tour 1.25 mains at 50lb and Hawk Touch 1.2 crosses at 54. Am loving both the racket and the strings.

    • @robertjames5034
      @robertjames5034 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hyper-G a little muted for me. Full bed Lynx Tour great control and decent spin but again a bit muted and had a very slightly achey elbow - which is unusual for me. The addition of the Hawk Touch brought the string bed to life.

    • @tenniswarehouse
      @tenniswarehouse  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I like Hyper-G as well, but I usually go with the 1.25mm for a bit more control. I haven't tried Volkl Cyclone yet in this racquet, but I feel like that could be a good one, kind of crisp feeling and has decent pocketing and energy return. Troy, TW

    • @tenniswarehouse
      @tenniswarehouse  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have tried the setup Marcos was using in this video, with Tour Bite/Natural Gut, and it does provide a nice boost in power, and feels pretty comfortable, but I think I prefer the bite and spin I get from a full poly, and I just drop the tension a bit for added pocketing. Troy, TW

      El que el patrón sea 18x20 añade control pero no significa que la raqueta no va a permitir que las bolas "vuelen".
      Yo tengo Una ProStaff 95 18x20, una Tecnifibre TF40 18x20 y una Head Gravity Pro 18x20 y de vez en cuando se me van las bolas largas. La que mejor controla de todas es la Gravity, pero es una burra esa raqueta. Aunque no es tan pesada no es tan facil de manejar.

      Si la raqueta te gusta, intenta subir la tensión de la cuerda o cambiar a una cuerda de menor potencia. Es lo que estoy haciendo con un amigo. Probar cuerdas y tensiones en verano que es cuando por calor, paran las competencias.
