Your elk videos are my favorite I blew my back out while hunting and most likely will never get to elk hunt again so watching your videos really gets me pumped and I really enjoy that you show the total day to day honestly I would love it if you posted longer videos of just the day in general it doesn’t always have to be kill shots and action some of the best parts of an elk hunt is just sitting around shooting the shit with good friends , god bless

Unreal sequence of events. First the storm; epic you sat that storm out btw... then the bull casey brought in on a string... and then the shot. I feel for you BMac, it's a sad and hollow feeling watching an animal run off with an arrow in it. There is no doubt that is a fatal shot, but yeah I am surprised he ran as far as he did and stayed on all fours for as long as he did...thanks for bringing this series to the chuube. Sorry fellers I unfortunately missed this last week cuz I went and got married in South Dakota and I missed this episode. Outstanding sequence and if there wasn't this kind of luck when hunting I don't think any of "US" would hunt. I was able to peek at the next episode before I left this comment cuz you guys really got me excited and then left me on a cliff-hanger when it ended.

The Shot to me looks like it is on the Bottom Side of the Vitals. No pass through either so maybe had a little deflection of some sort which maybe the arrow went a little lower than it looks. I honestly think you probably clipped the bottom part of the Lungs or Lung (Singular) with maybe one razor or so. Smart Idea to back out for the night. If you caught Lung but say not much of it then he can go a long ways, but he will die from it. He should bleed consistently so I think you will be able to follow blood the whole time (No Rain). If you missed Vitals he wouldn't have acted Sick IMO. I think you Got Him. He may be still alive come morning so be prepared to shot again. If you find him please let us know your assessment of the shot. Good Luck Guys!!!
