Interesting gyro, lots of work went in there. Looks like it's probably a little on the heavy side. Haven't seen hydraulic rotor control on a gyro before!
@@murraybarker7618 Look again & you'll see the two hydraulic rams to control the rotorhead from the back of the large mast plates, nothing to do with the hydraulic prerotator.
A blue swastika placed in a white circle was set as the emblem of the Finnish Air Force in March 1918. The use of the swastika was abandoned on the Finnish Air Force planes during the Lapland War in April 1945. The swastika used by the Finnish Air Force wasn't related in any way to the Nazi symbols used in Germany.
I happened to be nearby and saw Sotahaukka by mere coincidence while watching birds. The possibility that I see that gyrocopter again is quite small but you never know... :)
This might interest you. There are some images included about the different stages while making the Sotahaukka. th-cam.com/video/6zxj5WC9avA/w-d-xo.html

swastik is typically used ( in the ancient vedic world) for auspiciousness in this case maybe fair winds and good flight !
