Single mom with two girls, and this unit is perfect for us. Yes the half bath is really small but it’s just for emergencies or a potty break in the middle of the night. Will be selling our house in the next year and buying this unit and putting it by the water. Buying a golf cart to tootle around the area And living life to the fullest. 3400 ft.² to this.
Better think twice. With 2 growing girls there is not closet space. Those loft beds will be hard on the knees to make up and to change. No storage for toys either. Too much wasted space. I agree its gorgeous but sit back and rethink.

I would never use that half bath 😂 if you gutted the vanity/toilet you could almost have a really nice sized walk in pantry! I think that would've been way better Also, I feel like every bathroom mirror in any RV should always be a medicine cabinet style with hidden storage behind the mirror
Basically the rig is beautiful, but I feel and i would want master bathroom suite in master bedroom. Ditch the lofts! Make some pantry space, then move half bath to rear and put a space for stackable washer and dry. I feel that would great design for elderly people.
I like the halfbath from someone who gets up once at night. BUT, I would figure out a way to reverse the toilet and door so it opens in the bedroom. I just have an issue with a bath opening in the kitchen.
I think the half bath "solution" missed the mark a bit. It's just way too narrow plus it's right next to the kitchen. What paying customers want is bathroom access connected to the master bedroom.

They added the bathroom because people didn't want to run the length of the cabin (plus stairs for some) to get to the bathroom. Good on 'em for hearing what the people want. I hope they cut away some of the counter so people aren't hitting their right elbows. I love that the loft over the master bedroom has a set up for a tv making it a gaming loft.
I love this one!!! I love in California, it is so expensive to live here. But I've always wanted to live in the country on a couple of acres. I could so live in this for the rest of my life. And call it good. Nice pretty property in the country I'm so into that. I would never be able to buy a house in California I've even thought of living outside of california. For real. Too expensive to live here. I’ve been thinking about leaving as well but not sure where. That’s why I like rv’s. You’d have somewhere to live until you figure it out. I want to live in the country as well. Get a nice piece of land and live out of one of these. Just over city living.

Big fan FYI. OK I'd like to see a 45+ destination trailer be a true year around all climate home, with thicker walls like I see the luxe fifth wheels ( I believe that was the brand) have . That are for harsher climate hot or cold. Also I'd like to see these 45ers with 1 big bedroom with master baths, no other bedrooms or bunk areas. Much larger residential kitchens and big residential living rooms with residential slider doors to add or subtract furniture and appliances and washer dryer space with largerslide outs. Also with solar panels and storage for real living for say a vacuum, coats etc.. Make them a true home on wheels that you could really truly live in. 😊
I I think this RV is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!.. all I could want is a dishwasher smart home and little storage for like a fire pit and outdoor furniture like a umbrella table and chairs also grill to store as well after those things to b added then I really good!..👍🏽

Was raised by a single mom in an inner city and left home at 16 in 1979, spent several years travelling the country - completely unbound by any attachments. I will look for your channel and see what you have to say. At 24 I decided to see the rest of the world, and spent the next 25 years in the military. When I retired in 2012 I went to work in the oilfield. I have been there since. Unfortunately we never know what is in store for us - | now am a single dad with 2 daughters about to go to college. I have never told them, but I put everything into the NOW for them, so they could grow up in the best private school in the best neighborhood - all the things I never had. And I made sure to teach them the things I never was taught, and had to learn the hard way. There will be no one else for me. My wife is gone and my daughters wil be on their own with lives of their own. Now they are almost ready to leave the nest I have to look at what I'm going to do. I remember at one point I lived ina camper and that's where I could likely end up. Now tonight I saw a couple of your videos - I have lived in the field for years with nothing - a camper like this one is MORE than I need. I will look for your other channel. Thank you for your work.
If my husband and I were to go with this, we would use the loft areas for storage. I would actually keep the tiny half bath just in case we both needed to potty. Otherwise I absolutely love it!
We have gone back-and-forth between this model, destination, trailer, and the 2024 5th wheel Keystone avalanche 390 DS. Our concerns are the size of the destination trailer for RV parks. Will they let us stay there? And everything I keep reading, says they’re not meant for travel, hence the name destination. But then I read other stuff, saying they are now equipped for travel. Would this model do OK traveling to state and staying for two months. We would be staying at locations in the states for about three weeks and then moving to another location in the same state for another three weeks and so forth making our stays in each state around 2 to 3 months total. It’s just so hard, finding somebody to answer these questions who just wants to make a buck and not give an honest opinion.
Is there a reason why the manufacturer doesn’t put a master bathroom in the master bedroom? I like the bathroom on the other end for my kids but my husband and I won’t want to have to leave the bedroom to go to the bathroom. Also, a bathroom right by the refrigerator? 😬 I’d prefer a full pantry there instead of the pull out pantry. Otherwise, an aesthetically pleasing rv.
We (family of 4) often have a family, we are friends with, over. If there wasn't this drawer unit where the queen size bed is, you could put an additional matress for the 2 children there and you could fit a visiting family with 2 small children up there. All in all this RV is more luxurious than our house. The kitchen is much bigger than ours! It is a dream RV for me!
What is the insulation value of the unit? I'd love to move that sink bar up against the wall so I could directly serve out the window. I think I would rather that 1/2 bath be a pantry. An upper and lower where this current pantry is so it's more counter space and doesn't make the stove so cubby feeling. I don't want anyone pooping right at the kitchen. :O Besides, I'm the only one tiny enough to even fit in it. You think with a park model mini splits could be adapted. Much more efficient than most any other heating and cooling unit. I prefer the loft the way the other ones are. I would primarily be using those for storage with totes. I'd like the bathroom sink on the left side and not up against the cabinet. I've seen other destination models that have a door in the bathroom instead of that window. I do wish they extend the shower walls up to the ceiling. The master I would like the fireplace at the foot of the bed and the bedroom is pretty lack luster. That dresser at the foot of the bed is extremely cheap looking. Some of these things I could change myself. I keep gravitating to this one. I think I can make the changes the way I want, including the mini splits. lol A medicine cabinet would also be installed.

Really great product... Having said that, I have a few pointed comments: - The kitchen backsplash is too geometric for the transitional interior. A square dove gray tile set offset will lend to both a traditional and contemporary vibe. - The cabinet color of the taupe is perfect! Laying in a diamond pattern would echo the design on the floor. - The French doors on the fridge are perfect! - The oven is perfect! - The 1/2 bath needs a smaller towel bar on the sink wall. The towel bar will annoy folks on the toilet. - The multi-color couch is carnival-esque -- horrible! It will not AGE well and look super dated in 2 years. Plus the gray on the couch is the wrong shade; it needs more beige and get rid of the blocked color and the car-show diamond pattern. - Charcoal stairs will show dirt light crazy -- make it a shade or two lighter. - In the primary bedroom, find a way to add a desk. the bay windows would be an amazing view while you work!
That half bath is super claustrophobic looking. If they made it bigger, I wouldn’t mind. But I would probably gut that out and turn it into a pantry. I honestly don’t mind having the bathroom across the way cuz I could not deal with the half
It’s an RV that looks like a home until you see the sofa which just screams RV. Would love to see a nicer design that looks more residential. Maybe it’s just the two tone or the stitching but I thought the same on the last model.
Way too many windows & way to large, security-safety issues + too risky over time with seals and or cracking of windows, moving unit around. Not only that but it would be cold in the winter & hot during the summer making ac/heat work overtime 😢 Don't care for the windows below are the only ones that open, I'd prefer the opposite (safety issues again)
I’d love to see a destination trailer that can raise the roof. If both of those upper rooms were at least closer to being able to stand in would be terrific. Not thrilled about the placement of the fireplace in the main bedroom. Get rid of the window above the dresser and put the fireplace there at a better viewing level if you’re in the bed. Not sure about that half bath. I think I’d rather have the pantry.
Don't even care the bathroom is on the otherside not a big deal I loved this all I'd do is get rid of the half bath and have that be a storage closet or maybe even the laundry room so there was more storage in the bathroom either way tho I could totally live in this full time so easy wouldn't even think about trying to get a house if I had this it literally is a house as far as I'm concerned thanks for the awesome tour maybe one day lol
I wish the loft over the master just had a good ladder system to it so you could put a pocket door to the 1/2 bath on the wall where your "command center is" and move the command center" to where the bathroom door is currently so you aren't opening the bathroom door into your refrigerator and kitchen. Other than that, it's GREAT!!
Also, it would be nice to have the MB Fireplace across from the bed and a TV in the master. On the slide out can we get away from the toe-killer wood framing on the floor and go with the wooden overlay flap so no dirt or Legos get under the slide?
Hmm, sense they want to make these look like a tiny house with those rooms on top. I wonder how hard it would be to make it so you can raise the walls to make those rooms taller on top. Just like the whole top have it raise up to make more head room just for those rooms. But don't make it like those cheap trailers with the pop tops. Sense the trailers designed not to be moved alot might as well make it taller and when you have to move it you can remove the top walls to drop the ceiling.
Not to bring up cray cray memories, but this one would be a good one to turn into an Airb&b Park it along with other style 5th wheels, put decks on all of them and make an AirB&B park
Looks like an absolutely beautiful extra long trailer. Maybe to change up that narrow half bath put a fold down sink like one in an Amtrak roomette. For viewer's of Liz amazing channel remember to bring your own inspection expert and someone with plenty of legal advice before signing any contract. Since this model is brand new and built post-Covid plenty could go wrong with this new build. And because it's bigger than most trailers it has more moving parts too. And parts that are not meant to move, could start to.

I like the railing on the stairs in the back, I would prefer stools with back support. For me, the loft would be storage !! I like the master bedroom !! Half bath need to be wider !!

I don’t know who designed something like that, but that’s something I would never buy. What are the bathroom should’ve been on the other side of the bedroom in the half bath. Should be somewhere besides in the kitchen. Other than that I love it! Another thing is what is the price?
Id say if youre gonna have a bath and a half... put the full bath next to the master bedroom. Im a big dude. Im not gonna fit in that half bath, so its basically useless to me. But if it were on the other side of the trailer, it'd make sense. It could be a guest bathroom over there
Myles, I'm so glad you tried out the half bath. Is that an option? Also? Really appreciated that you blocked all that sun out. I was having a hard time seeing past the glare! I'm not a fan of the colour decore. Is that an option, too? I prefer a wood log look in the fireplace. Not fond of the fish aquarium look. I've probably watched 75 of your videos, and I'm still looking for one that has a space for my Christmas Tree. I plan on living in mine, and holidays are important to me. I like it. It is nice than my apartment lol. The half bath is too small though. A pantry space with shelves would more helpful. I like the full bathroom. The kitchen is quite nice.
Should put the kitchen sink by the window so it will have room to build the dishwasher then move the refrigerator to be next to the kitchen’s sink then put the dining table in the middle of kitchen area like formal dining room use the refrigerator sapace before for pantry then extend more counter spaces next on the stove longer so it will make the kitchen punter look wider, nicer what I think if build more like I recommend peoples might interest more thank you for sharing it’s nice tiny trailer.
In the kitchen I would make an option to make that storage unit where you have the seating. There is only 2 in my family and I would prefer the storage space for the kitchen. I love to cook and would need the extra storage.
Does this make come with a NO ISLAND model? Looking for a larger common space, prefer U-shaped kitchen and more floor space. Looking hard! Bring me the right one.
I wish they would do away with the spiral staircase, make a decent ladder system coming out of the wall instead, but just wide enough where they can move the 1/2 bath door to where the controls are and put the controls on the wall where the bathroom door is. Lastly, move the master bedroom fireplace to in front of the bed and add a Master Bedroom TV, since the people staying in this room are the ones making the payments.
Would have liked the fireplace in big bedroom to be where you can see it not on side of bed. Also a tv in cabinet that comes up from the table and goes back down electrically. Otherwise love the look of everything else
Save yourself major heartache and just say no to Forest River products. Cheap with defects and they don't stand behind their mistakes. Go to other options - you'll neverregret it.
Why didn6 they utilize the space above the toilet for storage or shelving or even another mirror to make it feel bigger snd reflect light from windows??? Yeah you have the washer/dryer but storage in the bath especially if you are using as a home or temporary home the shower jas no insets with storage at all so you sre putting products on the seat or on the floor. So many options that wouldn't affect use of shower or even use of toilet.
I feel like if the move somw things around in the master bedroom, you can switch the door around and put a pocket door from the master bedroom to have access to the half bath.
Trailer reminds of the 3 little pigs house made of twigs. Drawers and paper thin doors held together with staples. Prob has a million holes for rodents to enter through underneath. A roof that’ll prob last a few years before delamination
Is that have agap behind mattress that pillow will fall off why not custom make mattress shape to use full space or a lift up head rest cusion for the sleepers up there.

I would highly recommend it! I have gone from 2 houses and huge garage to this...I'm single, retired and have 2 small dogs. I love it!

I have 2 Forest Rivers and have had Keystones as well. I prefer Forest Rivers. And I have one down South. Very comfortable even in the heat.

Also, a bathroom right by the refrigerator? 😬 I’d prefer a full pantry there instead of the pull out pantry. Otherwise, an aesthetically pleasing rv.

We (family of 4) often have a family, we are friends with, over. If there wasn't this drawer unit where the queen size bed is, you could put an additional matress for the 2 children there and you could fit a visiting family with 2 small children up there.
All in all this RV is more luxurious than our house. The kitchen is much bigger than ours!

What is the insulation value of the unit? I'd love to move that sink bar up against the wall so I could directly serve out the window. I think I would rather that 1/2 bath be a pantry. An upper and lower where this current pantry is so it's more counter space and doesn't make the stove so cubby feeling. I don't want anyone pooping right at the kitchen. :O Besides, I'm the only one tiny enough to even fit in it. You think with a park model mini splits could be adapted. Much more efficient than most any other heating and cooling unit. I prefer the loft the way the other ones are. I would primarily be using those for storage with totes. I'd like the bathroom sink on the left side and not up against the cabinet. I've seen other destination models that have a door in the bathroom instead of that window. I do wish they extend the shower walls up to the ceiling. The master I would like the fireplace at the foot of the bed and the bedroom is pretty lack luster. That dresser at the foot of the bed is extremely cheap looking. Some of these things I could change myself. I keep gravitating to this one. I think I can make the changes the way I want, including the mini splits. lol A medicine cabinet would also be installed.

MAKE THE SIDE WITH ALL THE WINDOWS A SLIDE OUT TO GIVE THAT MUCH MORE SPACE. YOU COULD ADD A DESK OR A BREAKFAST BAR.

Really great product... Having said that, I have a few pointed comments:
- The kitchen backsplash is too geometric for the transitional interior. A square dove gray tile set offset will lend to both a traditional and contemporary vibe.
- The cabinet color of the taupe is perfect! Laying in a diamond pattern would echo the design on the floor.
- The French doors on the fridge are perfect!
- The oven is perfect!
- The 1/2 bath needs a smaller towel bar on the sink wall. The towel bar will annoy folks on the toilet.
- The multi-color couch is carnival-esque -- horrible! It will not AGE well and look super dated in 2 years. Plus the gray on the couch is the wrong shade; it needs more beige and get rid of the blocked color and the car-show diamond pattern.
- Charcoal stairs will show dirt light crazy -- make it a shade or two lighter.
- In the primary bedroom, find a way to add a desk. the bay windows would be an amazing view while you work!
I just wish they'd make one where I can bring my own dresser. My dresser is my favorite furniture I'd never get rid of.
That half bath is super claustrophobic looking. If they made it bigger, I wouldn’t mind. But I would probably gut that out and turn it into a pantry. I honestly don’t mind having the bathroom across the way cuz I could not deal with the half

Perfect RV to live in year round
It’s an RV that looks like a home until you see the sofa which just screams RV. Would love to see a nicer design that looks more residential. Maybe it’s just the two tone or the stitching but I thought the same on the last model.
I would have liked electronic shades in the master as well. Along side the e bed slide

Put the firlace in the master at the foot of the bed. Turn the door around so the bath enters from the bedroom..
Take out the half bath and give me a walk in pantry/storage. I'd make minor improvements to fit my style but other than that its ok.
They should have put in a half vanity in the half bath. Tub/shower combo in the main bath.

OMG 😳… I am loving the kitchen & living room.
Way too many windows & way to large, security-safety issues + too risky over time with seals and or cracking of windows, moving unit around. Not only that but it would be cold in the winter & hot during the summer making ac/heat work overtime 😢
Don't care for the windows below are the only ones that open, I'd prefer the opposite (safety issues again)
How thick is the walls? The summers are brutal in many places.
I could see the lofts being great areas for my dogs to lay and relax and watch outside.

I’d love to see a destination trailer that can raise the roof. If both of those upper rooms were at least closer to being able to stand in would be terrific. Not thrilled about the placement of the fireplace in the main bedroom. Get rid of the window above the dresser and put the fireplace there at a better viewing level if you’re in the bed. Not sure about that half bath. I think I’d rather have the pantry.
Don't even care the bathroom is on the otherside not a big deal I loved this all I'd do is get rid of the half bath and have that be a storage closet or maybe even the laundry room so there was more storage in the bathroom either way tho I could totally live in this full time so easy wouldn't even think about trying to get a house if I had this it literally is a house as far as I'm concerned thanks for the awesome tour maybe one day lol

I wish the loft over the master just had a good ladder system to it so you could put a pocket door to the 1/2 bath on the wall where your "command center is" and move the command center" to where the bathroom door is currently so you aren't opening the bathroom door into your refrigerator and kitchen. Other than that, it's GREAT!!
Lastly for me I prefer that both lofts have 2 twin beds like 2023 so the noisy kids can be above the bathroom and the quiet boy above the master.
Also, it would be nice to have the MB Fireplace across from the bed and a TV in the master. On the slide out can we get away from the toe-killer wood framing on the floor and go with the wooden overlay flap so no dirt or Legos get under the slide?
Hmm, sense they want to make these look like a tiny house with those rooms on top. I wonder how hard it would be to make it so you can raise the walls to make those rooms taller on top. Just like the whole top have it raise up to make more head room just for those rooms. But don't make it like those cheap trailers with the pop tops. Sense the trailers designed not to be moved alot might as well make it taller and when you have to move it you can remove the top walls to drop the ceiling.

Looks like an absolutely beautiful extra long trailer. Maybe to change up that narrow half bath put a fold down sink like one in an Amtrak roomette. For viewer's of Liz amazing channel remember to bring your own inspection expert and someone with plenty of legal advice before signing any contract. Since this model is brand new and built post-Covid plenty could go wrong with this new build. And because it's bigger than most trailers it has more moving parts too. And parts that are not meant to move, could start to.
A big guy would never be able to wipe his butt in that half bath!

I like the railing on the stairs in the back, I would prefer stools with back support. For me, the loft would be storage !! I like the master bedroom !! Half bath need to be wider !!
Once again, MYLES thanks for a great presentation! My curiosity is in the location of both bathrooms. Both bathrooms are in the living room. I don’t know who designed something like that, but that’s something I would never buy. What are the bathroom should’ve been on the other side of the bedroom in the half bath. Should be somewhere besides in the kitchen. Other than that I love it! Another thing is what is the price?
Id say if youre gonna have a bath and a half... put the full bath next to the master bedroom. Im a big dude. Im not gonna fit in that half bath, so its basically useless to me. But if it were on the other side of the trailer, it'd make sense. It could be a guest bathroom over there
Myles, I'm so glad you tried out the half bath. Is that an option? Also? Really appreciated that you blocked all that sun out. I was having a hard time seeing past the glare! I'm not a fan of the colour decore. Is that an option, too? I prefer a wood log look in the fireplace. Not fond of the fish aquarium look. I've probably watched 75 of your videos, and I'm still looking for one that has a space for my Christmas Tree. I plan on living in mine, and holidays are important to me. I remain, hopefully, watching.

I like it. It is nice than my apartment lol. The half bath is too small though. A pantry space with shelves would more helpful. I like the full bathroom. The kitchen is quite nice.

Should put the kitchen sink by the window so it will have room to build the dishwasher then move the refrigerator to be next to the kitchen’s sink then put the dining table in the middle of kitchen area like formal dining room use the refrigerator sapace before for pantry then extend more counter spaces next on the stove longer so it will make the kitchen punter look wider, nicer what I think if build more like I recommend peoples might interest more thank you for sharing it’s nice tiny trailer.
In the kitchen I would make an option to make that storage unit where you have the seating. There is only 2 in my family and I would prefer the storage space for the kitchen. I love to cook and would need the extra storage.
Personally, I'd make the half bath a coat/utility closet.
Does this make come with a NO ISLAND model? Looking for a larger common space, prefer U-shaped kitchen and more floor space. Looking hard! Bring me the right one.

I wish they would do away with the spiral staircase, make a decent ladder system coming out of the wall instead, but just wide enough where they can move the 1/2 bath door to where the controls are and put the controls on the wall where the bathroom door is. Lastly, move the master bedroom fireplace to in front of the bed and add a Master Bedroom TV, since the people staying in this room are the ones making the payments.

Would have liked the fireplace in big bedroom to be where you can see it not on side of bed. Also a tv in cabinet that comes up from the table and goes back down electrically. Otherwise love the look of everything else

Save yourself major heartache and just say no to Forest River products. Cheap with defects and they don't stand behind their mistakes. Go to other options - you'll neverregret it.
Why didn6 they utilize the space above the toilet for storage or shelving or even another mirror to make it feel bigger snd reflect light from windows??? Yeah you have the washer/dryer but storage in the bath especially if you are using as a home or temporary home the shower jas no insets with storage at all so you sre putting products on the seat or on the floor. So many options that wouldn't affect use of shower or even use of toilet.
I feel like if the move somw things around in the master bedroom, you can switch the door around and put a pocket door from the master bedroom to have access to the half bath.
Trailer reminds of the 3 little pigs house made of twigs. Drawers and paper thin doors held together with staples. Prob has a million holes for rodents to enter through underneath. A roof that’ll prob last a few years before delamination
Is that have agap behind mattress that pillow will fall off why not custom make mattress shape to use full space or a lift up head rest cusion for the sleepers up there.
