The Slums at Night! This is during combat. I managed to lodge an enemy into a place of no return while I perched up for the nightscape of the Slums!

This is the background music playing when you're in combat at night in the Slums. As you will notice on the HUD, there are quest updates and icons not shown immediately in the beginning of the story. These are unlocked later in the game.

Agreed. On a cycle of every few times you’d visit a location would be nice at least. The game at night is relaxing as far as ambience. I want a cycle on the surface of Outskirts!

Noooo it's another slums combat theme that's even better than this one.
It's the one after you go to the grand opening of that place.thay sales hyper bongs in the slums.
The combat ost after that is EPIC.
