And he said that he never saw the King duel, but he did see a monster fall out of his deck and the audience is able to see that the monster was Neos and it was shrouded in darkness. Now we finally get to see what a corrupted version of Neos would have been like.
I personally choose to believe that the Supreme King purposefully didn't include Neos. If there was anyone after Jesse's believed death that he would have considered a threat(through bringing Jaden back to his senses), it would probably have been Neos.
pretty sure Infernal Rider's 5 monster banish effect to set super poly from the deck is a reference to the number of jaden's friends that needed to be sacrificed to create the card

This! I'm glad others noticed! News is in the minds pace with the mirrors and wearing the Superwme Ling's armor because he IS Judai/Jaden! Which makes sense since Neos represented Jaden's will in the anime, it's why Super Poly fuses Neos and Yubel when he makes it fuse him and Yubel together at the end of season 3!
More Trivia to add. Evil Assault is a reference to "Assault Armor". The pose of Infernal Gainer in the Evil Assault art is similar to Neos's Pose in the Assault Armor's Art. As for why Assault Armor is important to Judai, it's the card that Judai/Jaden used to finish off Brron on a Duel that caused Judai's descent into Supreme King, as Judai noted after using the card that 'The Brutality make him feels good'. In another word, Assault Armor is the card that signifying the birth of Supreme King Judai, and that's why it's effect is the Combo Starter for the Archetype.

One thing that is very funny that almost no one noticed (because the equip card is terrible) but Lord Neos is made to function with Vicious Claw. Basically, equip Vicious Claw to a monster on the field who would be destroyed by battle, crash into the monster with Lord Neos or something else so Vicious Claw is added to the hand instead, it gets activated to pop 1 monster your opponent controls, inflict 600 damage, AND trigger Lord Neos to steal a monster. If you activated some effects that prevents Special Summoning besides HEROes, the Evil Token summon will not happen, allowing you to attack directly or some shit. And there may be a world where you can take control of the generated token to get a 2500 ATK beatstick. It's not good, but it's still neat some effects are made to account old cards like Vicious Claw.
The new Evil Hero fusion that looks like the Supreme King and Neos looks absolutely stunning and it’s my favourite. I’m glad that Bubble Man finally has an Evil Hero counterpart but I’m surprised Clay Man doesn’t have an Evil Hero counterpart yet.
I don't see Avian, Burstinatrix, Clayman, Sparkman, and Wildheart receiving their Evil HERO retrains anytime soon since they're materials for the old Evil HERO fusions.

If I remember correctly, on Evil Assault we see Infernal Gainer with a red comet behind him, during the final turn of the Supreme King vs Jim the comet in the background turns red and moves closer to Supreme King and whilst it does this, Evil Hero Internal Gainer returns to the field due to the SK banishing it 2 turns ago to allows Malicious Edge to make a second attack on Jim, I think that was the reference on the card
So for 7:38. Not only is that the mental world because Jessie is also seen in a similar looking room being inside RDD, but the way the black energy swirls out or into Neos is reminsence of the Original artwork of Super Polymerization with some inversion

Elemental Hero Acr-types are probably Konomi's Favorite Archtype. Hell just Jadens/Judai Deck is has probably has the most support out of all Decks. Hell Yubels new support is just Nasty and i love it,

Loved how you used the song that was playing during Zane's duel with Yubel towards the end there! I'm freaking excited for these cards will be trying to collect them as i love heroes! Although it might no longer be the same as the tcg/ocg anime are connected to the sets it is still great to see the new supports for these older shows still live on. Like you say it still gets me and others excited with the newest sets that come out and continue to enjoy the old shows the references and details to these cards are just so good man.
I honestly love the artwork for these cards and I have always been a fan of the supreme king and the evil hero cards, so I fairly satisfied with them I am curious what the rest of cards are going to look like.
evil hero dark knight is the counter part of neos knight in effect as well since instead of boosting its own attack it makes its enemies weaker, as well as itself being able to attack 2 times, same goes for the materials requiring a warrior. for the spell featuring infernal gainer that could be dark gaia's attack in the background referencing the only duel it was used in.
Actually no it's the counterpart to Dark Gaia, both requiring a Fiend + Rock/Warrior and sharing the DEF 0 stat Even the names. Dark is shared then next to it the name referencing the material. Rock - > Gaia. While Warrior - > Knight With Dark Knight's effect being the opposite of Gaia
With these, Evil Heroes aren’t rolled into the heroes but become their own focus that the other heroes can support. Not sure how they’ll do in a competitive sense but they seem fun
The biggest pro here is that now Evil HERO players aren't limited in resources anymore they now have more main deck cards to work with and they don't need a random rock type monster for Dark Gaia anymore.
I would love to see a counterpart to the evil heroes like “spirit heroes” I know elemental heroes might fit that category but a new archetype for heroes that is a true yin to evil heroes Yang and I choose spirit heroes as a reference to protecting the duel monster spirits

Des Prisma is a Rock monster specifically so Evil Heroes have an in archetype material for Dark Gaia. Though you could just run Nibiru as well.

I'm so excited that we're finally getting new evil hero Monster cards and support cards! It's been a long wait but it was a wait that's worth it. I wonder if this might be a sign to add more hero Link or XYZcards in the future? Only time will tell 🎉
Elemental Hero Acr-types are probably Konomi's Favorite Archtype. Hell just Jadens/Judai Deck is has probably has the most support out of all Decks. Hell Yubels new support is just Nasty and i love it,

Love theres an Evil lord Neos now since Neos is the representation of Jadens soul. Still waiting on a Neos Dark Magician and Neos Stardust fusion from th Bonds movie since they’re making up Neos fusion that never appeared.

Elemental HERO Neos finally got his Evil HERO fusion card in the archetype, even though Supreme King Jaden never used him in the anime 😂😂😂
I really hope we get even more support for Evil HERO like new Fusion Monsters with Bubbleman/Toxic Bubble as material as well as an Evil HERO counterpart of Shining Flare Wingman, Mariner, Tempest, etc. and alternate artworks of Clayman and Wildheart

Loved how you used the song that was playing during Zane's duel with Yubel towards the end there! I'm freaking excited for these cards will be trying to collect them as i love heroes! Although it might no longer be the same as the tcg/ocg anime are connected to the sets it is still great to see the new supports for these older shows still live on. Like you say it still gets me and others excited with the newest sets that come out and continue to enjoy the old shows the references and details to these cards are just so good man.
Now i will wait for malefic to get new support because I love the idea of corrupt version of famous monsters or archetype

I honestly love the artwork for these cards and I have always been a fan of the supreme king and the evil hero cards, so I fairly satisfied with them I am curious what the rest of cards are going to look like.
I doubt they will but they should make an alt art neos in a darker theme to go with the evil heroes like how there was a alt junk warrior

evil hero dark knight is the counter part of neos knight in effect as well since instead of boosting its own attack it makes its enemies weaker, as well as itself being able to attack 2 times, same goes for the materials requiring a warrior. for the spell featuring infernal gainer that could be dark gaia's attack in the background referencing the only duel it was used in.
Actually no it's the counterpart to Dark Gaia, both requiring a Fiend + Rock/Warrior and sharing the DEF 0 stat
Even the names. Dark is shared then next to it the name referencing the material. Rock - > Gaia. While Warrior - > Knight
With Dark Knight's effect being the opposite of Gaia

With these, Evil Heroes aren’t rolled into the heroes but become their own focus that the other heroes can support. Not sure how they’ll do in a competitive sense but they seem fun
The biggest pro here is that now Evil HERO players aren't limited in resources anymore they now have more main deck cards to work with and they don't need a random rock type monster for Dark Gaia anymore.

I would love to see a counterpart to the evil heroes like “spirit heroes” I know elemental heroes might fit that category but a new archetype for heroes that is a true yin to evil heroes Yang and I choose spirit heroes as a reference to protecting the duel monster spirits
