Beautiful ringing, I love Stedman be it Doubles, Triples, Caters, Cinques, it has such a joyful compared to Bob Doubles for example. I've rung Stedman a few times Doubles and Triples but only covered on the tenor so far. We don't ring many methods in our Tower simply because there's not enough experienced ringers to do this and we have a few learners who are progressing to call changes now. Maybe in the future we may get enough experienced ringers to do some serious method ringing who knows.
Beautiful 35cwt in C# 1.9 tonnes ring of 12 I love Evesham bells plus extra treble 6b tenth bell is 18cwt in E# then eleventh 26cwt in D# and Grantham there wonderful absolutely amazing tenor 32cwt in Db about 1.8 tonnes another ring of 12 plus a 2# eleventh bell is 23cwt in Eb Evesham is kind off not far from Tewkesbury Abbey Worcestershire that's a 12 plus extra treble and a 6b there nice tenor 27cwt in D and there lighter extra treble was cast 2020. only 3 years old
Surprisingly, Grantham is the fractionally deeper toned peal, although bell for bell they are lighter. When I learnt to ring, Grantham were in C#, now described as Db, dont know if there's anyone out there who can explain the hertz difference between a C# and Db? As a pianist, its the same note, i.e. there one and same key to press!
@@DavidBraunton hello David I play bells on the piano call change and method the black keys are flats and sharps the white keys are normal it's my favourite instrument to play but I'm not playing music much now these days
Wonderful hum at the end - I enjoyed ringing there yesterday. :)
Wow! The tenor sounds wonderful like it making a wonderful sound at end and at the second time

@David Braunton In technical terms Grantham are still in C#. If it's a sharp C#, then it's Db so like 568 hertz. Or if it's 549 hertz then it's C#.
