How do i measure for the person's arm hole?
Take the arm measurements of the person and divide it into two . For eg. It its 20 inches one side will be 10 and the other side will be 10 . Both front and back
How many gram do i need for L size ?
You can use either 100 grams or 50 grams
I did not really count but you can use my measurements as a guide
