AWESOME 1981 Otis Elevonic 401 Elevators @ Edgewater Hotel & Casino - Laughlin, NV.

These are amazing!! Original Elevonic 401’s all the way from 1981 making them among the first installs of the model! They go 700fpm and are super fun to ride with quick starts and stops. Also this is a big bank having eight cars! Overall these things are perfect in my opinion!!

Awesome! Reminds me of the elevators at the golden nugget casino in Atlantic City. Also, what’s with those chimes? If they’re that old, wouldn’t you expect them to have those higher pitched ones? The elevators at the Golden Nugget have the high-pitched chimes in there from 1985 I believe.

They’re the same chimes, on these older ones you could adjust the pitch of the chime.
