Thanks for helpful video I have question if you don't mind How to activate the zoom option which allows you to create zoom ppt as prezi for example Thanks
Thanks for this video. My next question is how do the people participate in this quiz especially when I put this in a PowerPoint presentation via Zoom.
This is indeed a great way to quiz your students and collect comprehensive information from the students, but as a teacher you will need to spend a bit more effort to prepare the quiz and retrieve and analyse the data collected separately in Forms. ClassPoint in natively integrated with PowerPoint and Teachers can directly create, run interactive quizzes and review the students responses RIGHT INSIDE PowerPoint. And, It’s FEEE.
This was a great video. Well explained and helpful for a teacher like myself. I especially like the part where I can leave the points blank so that it calculates evenly for all questions. I had to go back to that part because I was wondering how it calculated the 67% in the top right corner. I honestly thought I was obligated to put points in there. So in the past, I used to have 4, 5, 10, 20, or even 25 questions because they even out to 100% but because you informed us that we can leave it blank and we see the outcome of it, I can now put any number of questions on there, knowing that it will calculate correctly. Thank you Kevin. You’re a blessing.
Great video! I'm a facilitator and typically use a Microsoft Teams meeting to teach new content to the company I work for. I usually use PowerPoint and share my screen to display the content in the meeting. Is there a way to have the audience participate in the quiz live time? Besides just putting the forms link for the quiz in the MS Teams chat? Or emailing the PP deck in advance? Those two I know I can do.
This is amazing! I could see so many people leveraging this in the workplace and I was wondering if you could still track the results through forms as the quiz creator but it looks like you can based on your tutorial. This will be a game changer for so many people. Awesome and very insightful vid. Thanks Kevin! :)
Nice Quiz video. I'm curious: if I make such a quiz, (i) how do I distribute it to people, and (ii) where do the response info end up/where is it stored? -- I seem to recall a past video on FindTime/New Meeting Poll add-in, but I may be wrong. I tried to use FindTime this week to send out a meeting polling to some 25 people (inside and outside of my own organization, some of them probably use non-Microsoft e-mail systems) with 11 optional dates for a meeting. Clearly, I didn't use it in a smart way... I had multiple problems: 1. As an organizer, I was not allowed to propose time slots where I already had appointments. This was frustrating, because I wanted to keep existing meetings, while also allowing for the possibility of overlapping appointments where I could later decide which meeting is more important. 2. The same problem for other invitees: it seemed like Outlook could take a peek into their calendar (perhaps only in my organization) -- if some invitees listed in the "To:" field had appointments already, those slots were blocked and couldn't be selected. Frustrating -- I'm sure they, too, would like to have the freedom of assessing which of overlapping meetings they'd attend. Anyway, I solved this problem sort of by moving all invitees to the "Cc:" field. 3. Initial responses seemed to indicate that the FindTime system worked. But then some people reported they could not see the optional 11 time slots. (They use Exchange Server.) Later on, they figured out they could register choices in the iPhone version of Outlook. 4. At some time, the system appeared to go crazy... and I started to receive e-mail messages every time someone selected a time slot. So if one person selected time slots, I received 5-6 e-mails with confirmation. 5. For some reason, it also seems like one of the dates had been selected by the system, and not by me. I have no idea how that happened, but suddenly one time slot (September 8) appears to have been selected. All of my proposed time slots are marked as "Hold" in my calendar, but on September 8 there is in addition listed 6 (or more) confirmed meetings in parallel -- all being the same... 6. I have also checked the temporary report about the polling. Two of the invitees are now listed as *required* participants. I have no idea how that happened -- everyone were invited via the "Cc:" field. -- Anyway, this has been a somewhat crazy experience. It is not clear to me what I did wrong, or whether there are bugs in the system. I know you don't work for MS anymore -- I don't even know whether FindTime is a MS plug-in. But if you have a video on this, I'd like to go through it again.
Again why didn’t I find you sooner. I am going to use a quiz with every PowerPoint from now on. I have to have one every day since school started and I did not know how to track who saw it or understood it. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR TEACHING. I am going to be a better teacher because if you.

Question: can you embed a quiz in PPT and also pull it up in Teams and have students take the embedded quiz through Teams? I wouldn’t do this for a traditional quiz, but for class warmups each day this would be great!
Yes! In Forms, under sharing, you can copy a link to the quiz. You can use the quiz in both PowerPoint and in Teams (by pasting the link into a channel). Cheers!
Hi Kevin, Thank you for making PowerPoint seem so much easier to use. Could you make a video of how to make and share a game? While the quiz is functional, I would like to create something a bit more fun for my students. Thanks

Hi Kevin. Thanks for sharing so many useful things on your page! Regarding a quiz, as I don't have the versions business or education, do you have any other ideas or add ins to use for powerpoint? Thanks.
You need a work or school account. If you have that, you admin has to enable this. If you don't have a work or school account, you can still create a quiz in Forms and then link to it from your PowerPoint presentation; however, it won't be integrated into the presentation like I showed here.

Hello Kevin, probably a dumb question but how what format do you share this PPT? I am recording my PPTs as a video but if I wanted to add a quiz on our online training what format would I keep the PPT in?
Thank you so much for this awesome video. I have never known this option before. But I really need your help with one more important thing.
I have this quiz in powerpoint, I saved it as ShowPowerPoint, so students get to the last slide with the quiz after the smooth video presentation (slide show). However as soon as they start answering the questions and scroling down to the next question when use laptop, they jump into the next (last slide), so jumping out this quiz screen. Is there a way to lock the slide with the quiz, so they can freely scroll down and stay on the same slide? please help ! thank you !
Hey Kevin, all good with the quiz. but the last step is missing. how to save, share, publish. that i couldnt figure out. could u help? couldnt find any youtube video regarding the subject.
Hi ! Is there any way to insert numeric field in quiz as an answer? Particularly in arithmetic related question.
I'd be very interested in seeing the next step whereby we could export the PowerPoint for distribution to our students.
hello Kevin Stratvert... I am new to Teams this year and I was curious if there is a way to Upload Files to multiple Teams and Channels at once??? PLEASE Help
Hi Kavin, I follow your vedio for my daily usages. Request you to make learning lessons on MS project & how can i get the free version of MS project.

I dont have a forms in the insert tab. How to enable that? Is this available in the personal account?
great tutorial.. thanks a lot!
I have my entire course in ppt, tried to convert one ppt to pptx and the Insert>Forms option is on the top line, but I get this message: Microsoft 365 has been configured to prevent individual acquisition and execution of Office Store add-ins. Although when I check the presentation my school account shows. Sure could use some help. I was looking for an idea like this to add in a quiz question, which would also act as an "attendance" count. Can you help?
How can I do this live on Teams for 50 students? And how to I separate their responses? This would be a test.
Is microsoft form is automatically appear in the microsoft powerpoint 365 tab? or it should be installed ? or this is an add-in?
Hi Kevin, Why forms is not available in 365 Pro-plus Although it's showing on the ribbons?
Is it possible to make a quiz with a specific time, 50 seconds for each question, for example?
Hi Kevin, i have a Microsoft 365 for enterprise and when I click insert on Powerpoint I see the Form tabs and after selecting... the Forms window on the right side says loading but nothing shows up after that.. no option to add forms or quiz. Can you help? thank you so much
I enjoyed this video. You are amazing! Can we do a live poll? And if so, can participants in Go To Webinar complete as the presentation is being conducted. Go to webinar has polling but it is weird, to be honest. You launch it and it goes into another screen
Very informative. Thank you.
You're a genius! Thanks!!
Thanks , the video is great. Just that I lost the points, how you distribute this quiz to your attendee ? I thought it was in the middle of powerpoint presentation.
Thanks for your explanation in advance.
Hi Kevin, thanks you for all MS videos you've shared. You're are good at very good at this.
How do you record a MS Teams meeting with a laptop that doesn't have a webcam?
My laptop doesn't have a webcam and the option to select "record meeting" its always grey.
I cannot add "Forms" to my PowerPoint :( Any suggestions?
Great video, Kevin. By far, the best explanation.
Sorry if I missed it or perhaps has been answered earlier. From the creator's point of view. How are the names of students created? Are they automatically generated based on google or Microsoft account or perhaps any other way?
