Finally got to see some Nico reps. So excited for him behind center next year and beyond.
He's so quick on his feet, unlike Milton. He keeps the play alive, before passing, unlike Milton. GREAT future.

I was at the game and it was my first time in neyland and when i say it was loud i mean it was loud it was so fun seeing joe and nico in person i saw joe and coach josh on the vol walk and overall i loved it so much i never wanted to leave and once tennessee got tds the crowd was going nuts

Awesome attitude and thank you for helping us fancy our freshman quarterback finally and freshman players that we've been dying to see play. I know it's not even the match but at least we kind of help your school by paying you to come play unfair match. Also, thank you so much UConn players for not on purpose hurting our players buy gator rolling their legs and ankles and other stuff that most small schools do all the time.

I remember you guys had a pretty good team in the late 2000s under Randy Edsall. Not sure what happened after he left. I’m a lifelong Atlanta Falcons fan and not a huge fan of Jim L. Mora, but i figured he’d do better than he did last year at UConn. He had a great season for the Falcons in 2004, but fell apart after that. Towards the end of the of his final year in Atlanta, he said he’d leave the Falcons in a playoff run to take the job at the University of Washington. Plus his father was longtime coach of the Saints, so I don’t want to wish well for him
UConn fan here, our secondary is historically bad, and offensive play calling is incompetent. Meanwhile UT is just in another league..

Devoted UConn fan here. This was PAINFULto watch. Giving up THREE (3) explosive plays for TD's + THREE (3) turnovers for TD's = 42 points right there. To use a baseball comparison, this was like watching a Class "A" team take on a Major League team. I'm hoping Mora and company can get this thing turned around starting next season.
Yall got some way to go. no shame tho, UT is a very strong program again under Heupel, very hard to beat at home.
Reminds me of when I was at UConn in the late 70s. The only time we gave up 50+ was against Navy in 1975, but we gave up 40 or more several times.

I just want to see the Huskies play competitvely and win at least 6-8 games per year...is that so much to ask? So tired of losing year after year and getting blown out. I want to see this program get to where they were when they went to the 2011 Fiesta Bowl, and even surpass that. They need BETTER PLAYERS, though I know it's very difficult considering where they're at to recruit the BEST...gotta start somewhere. Let's build this thing.

Everyone myself included thought that with Milton’s arm and our receivers that passing would be unstoppable this year. Turns out our running game is one of the next in the country. GO VOLS!!

Huepel is catching fire from fans for pulling nico and putting in Gaston Moore. I agree fully with his decision. And most of the people who argue with it, didn't watch the spring game. In the spring game, Moore looked like the most polished guy with his awareness, throws, and decisions. I'm sure huepel wanted to throw him in a true game situation to see if there was a chance that might translate to real game situations. Anyone who doubts him, I urge you to watch the spring game and compare the 3 qbs.
You could tell that his in game sense was not as good as his spring game sense. He did not look very comfortable in the pocket even against a easy defensive line. Yes he had a few good plays but overall did not look as good as Nico or Milton. Also Gaston has been there for a few seasons, and there is a reason he has been 2nd and 3rd string each year. He shows off in practice but it doesn’t translate to the game time situations.
