      I adopted a long time ago for my politics and economics as left anarchical views in my personal life. But when I worked for Glencore after I got out of the French foreign legion I did exactly what was asked of me when I was on company time. Look up Glencore you university office workers? If I didn't do what was asked of me the whole western economy would of grinded to a halt. You would not have cheap food nickel or cobalt for your modern technology. Israel is supported for a reason, to keep any one Arab nation from becoming to powerful and threatening the energy supply.. Are you that delusional to think that you are the master of your own production. All modern consumption has blood on it's hands. Do you know how many people would die without fertilizer, metals to make things and ships to transport things? Do most of you think you could survive a electric grid shut down. I don't like capitalism and the complex system we have in place but if people don't do their job with in it well it starts to break down.. What if every trucker warehouse worker farmer went on strike? Smarten up spoiled children and find different ways to effect change or the working class will feel justified in cutting off the things you need.. Our society has become a suicide cult.

    This issue is not specific to Google by any means. Recently a Texas university professor was fired over his tweets about Gaza and the report did not even quote the tweets. My guess is he was critical of Netanyahu or the Israel government. In America, you can freely criticize Biden or Trump but if you are public about your opinions against Netanyahu/Israel government, you are highly likely to lose your job. This is the grip of tiny Israel on US foreign policy and public consciousness.

    Any employee of any company does not have the right to interrupt or protest inside an official company event. When on company property, and part of conducting company business (including listening to a speaker) you follow company policy and procedure, or you accept disciplinary action, including termination. This is not a free-speech forum, no matter what the company publicly says about it. The employee made a bad choice and paid for it. Similarly, if company management (any company) is engaged in a contract with a customer, you either cooperate with it and do your best work, or you resign and work for someone else. This is not a democracy. You are free to criticize whatever you want in whatever forum you want after you resign. CNBC's interviewee mischaracterizes, purposefully, the comments made about freedom to debate and disagree. What Google means by that is the freedom to debate how to produce or develop a product, what methods or tools are employed, which project management approach is used - NOT whether the company is wrong to engage the client. That debate is reserved ONLY for executives and the Board of Directors and shareholders communicating to the Board, not for an employee to object or debate or obstruct.

    • @Garium87

      That "nonsense" is called a conscience. But Palantir is not unbiased. They even offered 180 jobs, specifically to Jewish students, who will now create Data on which US government decisions are based. They are just biased in favor of the Zionists who are mass-murdering and displacing Palestinians for 75 years, so they can turn a region Jewish that had not been Jewish since 70 AD. It's hard to imagine a conflict in which one side could be more clearly in the wrong but the West can't think clearly on this issue. I don't know if its the guilt or the fact that they are white and Western but it is sickening and humanity will remember those crimes.

      Yeah, but it did about France and not about Gaza. What’s interesting is that this was a good answer. It answered how I would answer if I wanted to avoid conflict.

      @@TheBoobanyes, as human rights (in the progressive cosmology) are protected by the state’s own government, it was most likely a response to the ambiguity of women’s rights in some Islamic settings and the weakness of their government. Also, which human rights, exactly, are we talking about? Does Gaza have these enshrined in their constitution - like France does? Progressives also make these kinds of packed statements as if they are self evident. Sometimes it is malicious. Mostly it is ignorance. Like “Trump is literally Hitler”or “Trump is worse than Hitler”. Really……? How so? A much better example of bias is refusing to show pictures of white people to the extend of showing the black founding fathers and Asian Nazis.

    • @arunkumar_ra
      @arunkumar_ra 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ask 'Do Israeli women deserve human rights?' to gemini and it will tell you to check the internet for up to date information. Same as for Gaza. If you ask for information about the israel-palestine war, it also gives the same response.
      The intention of the gemini creators was most likely to make it not answer any sensitive questions about Israel or Palestine, but controlling the output of these LLMs is not an exact science. You give it a bunch of examples on how to answer questions and hope the LLM understands what you really want it to do. In this case, they likely gave it examples to avoid sensitive questions about Israel/Palestine and the LLM generalized to not answer even basic questions.
