The amenities will come in as the population grows I believed. But my concern is with the plots prices for 4.5mils and up. Not worth it for how things are going at the moment. They need to put it at 3.5mils per lot etc

To put on 1mils in such short time is ridiculous, which is narrow and long in dimensions. Won't have a big space on the sides of the house . 1/4 Acre lot... Still worth 3.5mils in My opinion
