I love this song. It says exactly how I've felt in 2020. I love the harmony and blend of Vmin voices. I love V's raspy voice and warm tone. It combines great with Jimin angelic voice

My interpretation of the entire album is; starting from Life Goes On, they are talking about how the world just stopped out of nowhere all of a sudden and its so confusing like when will this end? will it even end or not? And how they just wanna skip with us to the day where everything goes back to normal, then in Fly To My Room they are talking about how frustrating it is and how its driving them crazy to be stuck in one place not being able to do anything, how the year just got stolen from them but that it also somewhat has a bright(positive) side to it like there aint no other place who embraces us the same way as said in yoongi's verse. Then in Blue and Grey they show the vulnerable side and talk about how hard it is, how they want everything to go back to the way it was, how they want to be happier cuz its just so depressing now;
Standing on the stage singing to no one in particular as there is no crowd there to cheer you on, its very lonely and the ground feels too heavy. Then in Telepathy they talk about how they are the happiest when they are with us ARMYS, and how even though we are far apart, our hearts are still with each other so its finee. Then in Dis-ease, the title itself is pretty explanatory, disease is like a sickness but the title is dis-ease which is uneasiness, so they talk about how they are anxious and uncomfortable, everyday being the same nothing special..there is a lot of time..it feels like a disease(sickness)...not being able to work is making them feel anxious, having a lot of free time but nothing to do is making them uneasy, "what should I do?" the same question on repeat, its weird. Then comes Stay where they are saying that we are unable to see each other but they know wherever we are we'll always stay with them..so yeah this is what I got out of the album:)

the song builds up. that's absolutely its charm. it grew into my favourite song on the album honestly.
I mean lyrics are their plus point, everyone can relate to, even when u don't like the song itself but their lyrics are always so beautiful.. But it's bts we're talking abt they can easily portray good messages with great songs and even greater lyrics.

This song really grows on me nowadays😍 its made like that for purpose bcoz its supposed to be travelling in your own room, and using your own thoughts to change all the frustration into positive thoughts.
The develooment of the song is great, at first it talks about how stiffling it is, but starting Tae's verse it shows optimism to turn the small room into his own world. Thats why its called travel in my room(the korean title meaning).
You cant go anywhere but your thoughts can. Thats why the chorus is the same and it doesnt have any bridge. Its a fun and relaxing song actually. And thats why in Jhope's verse he started feeling like the toys in his room is like people who greet him, and the tv starts to sound like in downtown. And how he enjoys delivery food, filling his life with optimism.
Cause we cant change the condition but we can change how we look at something😆

Well i expected that you wouldn't like it from the first time "i can say i know maybe a bit from your past reactions what kind of music you like" but in my opinion it is one of my favorite songs because I always really like the harmony between jimin and taehyung and jhope and yoongi rap here is just great 💜. I guess you will totally fall in love with "blue and gray" and "stay" and maybe Dis-ease and telepathy too😅
I wish you had spoken about their vocals a bit and especially Jimin,he said that he's trying to find his voice and he really did a great job on the whole album in terms of adlibs and hightnot. . Hope you notice it in the other songs.
