  • This soap was specially formulated with ingredients intended to combat lots of skin issues and even out skin tone very gently. I have seen results from using some of these ingredients in my facial soaps and so I thought to formulate this one thoughtfully to really rip the benefits of these nourishing and detoxifying ingredients. As usual all of my soaps are made with Shea Butter and some of the best oils for your skin so it is a complete win. Hope you enjoy watching.

    When you what temperatures of oil and of the goat milk with lye do you use? What do you use the citric acid for?

      I use citric acid to combat soap scum. I try to keep my temperatures around 70 to 80 degrees if I am doing a design and don't care too much for temperature when it's a plain soap. If it is a Goatmilk soap, you do want to make sure you soap at cool temperatures. Use an ice bath.

    Does Sheabutter and lard have similar or same SAP Values?

    • @CreamySuds
      @CreamySuds  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It seems they have the same SAP value because my recipes always have them in the same quantity per their percentage.

      @@CreamySuds ok... Thanks... I've been looking to get pig's fat to render..
      So I can make lard soap and maybe try out body butter with lard..

      @@mariamclassicessentialsplu5994 for body butter I wouldn't use in the same quantity. I use lard at about 10% in body butters.
