And the radios, which many are breakable, and when heard, one must stop, retreat, and carefully examine the area. How punishingly difficult, ain't it? Let's not forget the actual casino that one can "break the bank" with for thousands of Sierra Madre Chips that can be exchanged for Prewar money and can sell for potentially thousands of caps and get a coupon that gives you 1000 chips every three days, plus the gold in the vault that pretty much eliminates the need for money for the rest of the game (ya know -- big whoop); the best light armor in the game; lots of ammo, other normal weapons that you can sell to the hologram vendors for more prewar money; and using your companions effectively and actually care for them beyond using them as pack mules or human shields. Oh, and actually complementing my playstyle of not being a min-maxing munchkin. In fact, what I actually dislike about this DLC is that it wasn't hard enough, even with "Hardcore" mode active. And once the DLC is finished, with all the items and valuables that you get, it also made the rest of the game much easier.
+Gray And Grey I got more from looting marked men and selling it than I did from the gold, not to mention there are no merchants that actually have enough caps to sell it at full price. The one unique armor that isn't Sierra madre armor is a re skinned shittier version of the stealth suit. I wasn't talking about how they are impossible to kill, they are impossible to sneak by, making every encounter a fight, despite everyone telling you not to. It's a lot harder to find the holotapes when everything is the same shade of crimson, and you can't go back to find things you missed, so if you didn't know about something and finished it you're shit out of luck.
Reluctantly, I agree about the Ghost People being nigh-on impossible to sneak around despite supposedly having zero Perception (a bug, perhaps?) though I considered them more of an annoyance than a real reason to dislike the DLC. There is a last chance to explore the Villa after dealing with Elijah, and without the bomb collar and its beeping, but considering the unfavorable reaction to the DLC many had -- bewildering to me as it is -- I can see many just wanted to end it once and for all. Let's just agree to disagree about whether Dead Money was good or bad and be done with it. I apologize if I came of as unpleasant in the previous posts.
Best part of each fallout 1- nostalgia 2- humor 3- exploration/land scape Nv- choices/freedom 4- gunplay Tactics- the factions Brotherhood of steel- nothing
By far my favorite DLC of all Fallout series. It shines through people's petty nature. Greed, egocentrism and self delusions are deeply rooted within our souls, this is why "letting go" is so hard of a thing to do for us. And this DLC stripped us bare and helpless before this truth. Who didn't tried to steal the gold? C'mon do try to lie me.
I remember the first time i completed this dlc i always read through the terminal because i thought thats what you were supposed to do so i thought the game ends there and reloaded a previous save
That intro gives me goosebumps~ I love how the creators of New Vegas created such a mythological experience in a post apocalyptic sci fi universe. Sure there is pseudo science with ghouls, super mutants etc but the is no supernatural magic. Yet it still feels magical like classic fantasy story like lotr. A simple courier a person who brings stuff from place A to B But we change the fate of nations, explore ancients "tombs" and treasures and create history. New Vegas is a timeless masterpiece.
"Sierra Madre" pretty much means "Mountain Mother" in Spanish. "Sierra" being "A long, jagged mountain chain" and "Madre" being Spanish for "Mother" Makes sense when you consider the casino itself sits atop a mountain.
Shawn Yntig Difficulty-wise, yes. It is. But I would argue that Dead Money is annoying as hell because it’s basically a survival horror version of Fallout. At least for Lonesome Road, they let you keep your weapons.
Nicholas Cauton Tbh, i think lonesome road is. I hate the tunnelers. Plus the marked man and deathclaws... Dead money is a lot easier and quicker since the only enemy you find are the ghost people and your friends (if you go down that path)
@@shawnyntig7809 I breezed thru Lonesome Road but for dead money.. well, I'm kinda ashamed of admitting it, I just had "tgm" on at all times. This DLC was way too weird for a filthy casul such as myself
I love everything about this DLC. Love the eerieness, love the enemies, love the unique loot and the story. Only thing I don't like are the radios, but it adds an interesting challenge.
We all heard about the Sierra madre the legend the curse the foolishness of it being surrounded by the city of the dead getting to it is not the problem it's gitting good
When i got into the dlc, i thought the ghost people were gana be a pain to kill but i just beat them all with the knfie spear and there easy and all you have to do is sneak up on them and you can one hit kill them
on the ps3 i only died once on hardcore mode when u trigger the gala event and you get surrounded by ghost but i was lvl 48 and another 20+ times when i tried to run with all gold bars to eventually give up and only take 6 and dropped the rest of my things to later find out i can sneak out with them
awesome intro! If you are a melee build or unarmed build you won't find it difficult to play as you don't need ammos except for shooting radio and speakers which can be done by keeping at least pistol with few ammos or throwing spears. Other than that this DLC is one of the best DLC's of Fallout game series
If you think sierra madre is hard just play it when you're at a lower level. I replayed all of the dlc much earlier than I did my first time playing and the enemies were so much easier to kill and did less damage. I think the enemies scale with the player but the base stats of weapons stay the same so it's easier to complete the dlc at an earlier level because it's easier to kill a low level enemy with a crap knife than it is to kill a high level enemy with a crap knife
It's even more difficult at lower levels, I went at level 10 and got my ass handed by those ghost people. Not to mention, since you don't have high stats, you're gonna spend a lot of time trying an alternate route to hack/lockpick/repair stuff in the Villa.
I remember the first time I played this DLC, thought it was such a fun challenge, having to actually be a stealth god that can run through the red cloud and live, the characters were fun too, love all the voice actors too, Dean in particular has the best in my opinion, Christine and God we’re my favorites of this whole DLC, I run it when I feel like wanting a challenge.
Is worth over 300,000 caps closer to 400,000 i think, also if you have a hight enough luck you can clear out the casino which is about a aditional 12,000 caps
unicornninjao Yeah, that's good but it I thought I could do something like get an advanced, plasma powered Fat Man or a ghost companion that I could take out of the Sierra Madre or something. *Not just money*
lad Give that man a cookie! Dead Money is good DLC, It's well made, but It doesn't have many unique items. I was expecting new companion or more new weapons.
+Sean Lancaster It's boring as fuck. And irritating. The constant cloud and need to run into rooms to shoot the speakers/turn off radios while they make that dumbass noise sucked. And it wasn't even hard. The only difficult part was immediately after unlocking the casino, and I just ran past all the enemies. And once power was restored to the casino I played the slots for 20 minutes and got enough of those chips to leave the DLC with 300 stimpacks. It's not hard. It's just boring. Enemies that can one shot you at level 40 and that radio bullshit aren't fun.
Not to mention ALL OF THE GOLD HAHAHA I did actually manage to make it out with all of it. The plan involved one stealth boy a very slow walk to the exit door and many trips spent laundering gold to the many merchants of the Mojave
God bless you for this video, I did everything on my 360 years ago but recently decided to replay on my Xbox one. Being a compulsive collector I just have to get EVERYTHING, so 7 years later, thank you for this.
There probably was quite a few memorable and never to see again in the wastes events during the dead money dlc... however I was way too preoccupied desperately trying to stay Alive to really notice or appreciate any of them aside from maybe a terminal or two
For sure, it's a deathtrap! I did notice that going in at higher level, and/or light step really helped when I wanted to enjoy more of the atmosphere and story.
You must really dislike New Vegas bro. I had one glitch during this speed run for recording. And it was more hilarious than anything. Then again, if you played on PS3 there's your problem right there.
I played in the Xbox360. Version and I had to restart the dlc half way through tanks to everything turning a nasty deep blue or light violet (I ain't. The best wen it comes to colors) like wen you take a cat eyes but permanent I tried to pull trough but it was impossible and sadly it happened in one of my auto save sessions so walked through a door and got fooked
Jesse Stark Had to restart from beginning of both Dead Money and Honest Hearts because of a rare glitch where the bunker would stay permanently locked after finishing Dead Money... my last save (that wasn't an autosave) was at beginning of Honest Hearts. Found it ironic because I had locked Elijah in the Sierra Madre permanently.
This is my favorite dlc in fallout new vegas which is funny because it was my least favorite when i started because of the cloud and confusing layout but the way the setting looks and sounds plus that moment when you hold Christine's hand right before you initiate the last faze was so touching. I tend to miss that dlc once its over
Me too! It's so amazing and just sucks you in and is a nice Change of pace. They did a great job with making the player feel like their in a really bad stressful situation making you change your normal play style putting your skills to the test... I don't understand all the hate that people give this DLC.. probably because they suck and should just stick to run a gun type games like call of duty. This DLC really tested my skills and patience. But over all I had a blast with it and started a new game just to play it again but this time on hardcore mode!
did you also know, you can get all of the gold ingots, technically infinite caps. all you gotta do is grab them all, drop them through the electro fence thingy towards the beginning of the ends interior, grab them and walk out of the dlc.
izaiah rios You can also sneak past Elijah if you convince him to come down to the vault. It takes a pretty good sneak skill though and you need to have really good timing cause he turns the force fields back on.
ye tried that too and it does work but im a completionist and i need EVERYTHING including his robes. this method is alot easier though, you also have to place mines so he dies and you can leave.
Man I want to do all the dlc but from what I have heard, I don't want to do this one, but whenever I turn on my radio I see that "Sierra Madre Broadcast" and I just groan
+Brandon Harris It's very much a love/hate expansion. You'll like it if you enjoy possible death around every corner, getting lost, and dark themes with a 'let go' narrative. Otherwise, probably not.
My dead money was to forget. My courier (who is the lone wanderer) I lost Boone and ede when protecting the refugees from bitter springs. I drank and gambled at the tops. I got the signal it sounded like paradise a city in California, made vegas look like a back alley in junktown. Class like the ultra lux, rich as the shark club and had as much swing as the tops. I already lost charon, amata, fawkes, sarah Lyons, raul, etc. All I had left was veronica. Only one who I was close too from my journeys in D.C. I told her that I was prospecting and to watch over the home. I lived in goodsprings house. I realised that it was not hard getting to something but letting go. My friends, my family, my life. Becoming what I know and beginning to love somebody was easy but losing them was hard. When we freed siri and the others slaves from the legion I handed her Elijah holotape and she listened to it. We became best friends then Caesar shot her, I got him back but she died in my arms. From this day, when I through on my elite riot gear armor, I head to a legion camp. When I face lanius at Hoover dam I won't forget the debt I owe
Dead Money was a frustrating and depressing experience for me. It was that I had to survive without almost any rest, avoiding radios, speakers from my collar exploding, going around the red clouds, killing the Villa inhabitants with almost no stimpaks, and seeing that I had to leave Christine and Dog behind after dealing with Elijah in the vault. I was hoping to help Christine and Dog to get out of there to bring them back into the Mojave somehow, but that was the depressing part. The best part about this DLC was how hard it hit me emotionally after it all. All around fucked up.
i know probably no one will see this in time for the answer to be useful to me, but can dean be your companion at any point after you enter the casino? i doubt it, but it's worth asking. (SPOILERS->) i want to trade for his tux because i don't want to kill him for it
Love to see an "upgrade for the vending machines" guide. Any guides I've found are a mess, not as user friendly or specific as we get from Caedo Genesis 😉
Because you suck and need to get good and learn how to approach the game differently rather than running and gunning... Seriously this was my favorite DLC because it was a challenge but super fun overall
Zach Gilbert I heard that the DLC tests your survival skills. And I don't mean your stats, I mean learning the environment and taking every approach with caution.
I can understand why people don't like Dead Money. Before you start the DLC, you've been around the wasteland to the point you feel powerful, you have your own set of deadly items and a reputation to boot. But, when the DLC starts, it robs all of that away, making you feel powerless and angry. Now, you have to follow some old guy's orders while avoiding sensors, traps, and poisonous gas or else you die. And in the end, you don't even keep the gold due to it's weight and you have to escape, never returning to the Sierra Madra. Sure, their are good parts but, most see the bad over the good.
I like dead money but i never play it for a few reasons, 1. its really long it can take 8-14 hours to complete and at the end when you go back to the mojave nothing can stand up to the automatic rifle or holorifle, 2. the fucking bomb collar, its so annoying to hear the beeps and try to find the radio before your head goes pop, 3. outside the casino is a maze, i have shit direction so i usually spend a few hours just wondering around trying to find where i need to go. other then those things the weapons are fun and interesting to use, trapping elija in the vault is satisfying the ghosts can be fun to kill, loads of vendor codes and lore to find. all and all if they shortened the dlc and toned down the radio crap by 50% i would enjoy it way more.
@russian cyborg you can go out with all the gold but it can be a pain in the ass, and theres really no reason to aside from giving a middle finger to the game, 6~ bars is what you will usually bring out and thats enough for most of what you would want to buy, and if you know you need a shit ton of money you would go into dead money with 9-10 luck to rob the casino, that would give you more than enough.
I was wondering if you ever thought about a video about the improvised weapons created from the workbenches in Fallout New Vegas. I created a Superheated Cosmic Knife while I was in the Sierra Madere Casino after I gained access to a computer terminal in a maintenance room in the Executive Suies of the casino and learned a recipe to make it at a workbench.☺
This whole video’s length sums up one of my biggest problems with this DLC. Almost no unique items at all, and what there is isn’t even that good aside from the Holorifle, and Police Pistol for some playthroughs.
Dead money is pretty easy. First time round is exhausting but you get the hand of it lol The second time I played I went in to the dlc with certain perks. •Light step •Rad child (8hp per sec with high radiation) Implant GRX High medicine High melee High guns Van Graff combat armour Rebreather Max sneak And the fist of Rawr. Literally one shotted all of them!
I have PTSD from this dlc cause of the difficulty but once i got through it i found it quite useful, it sharpend my skills and made me play with my own play style intill I found a good play style I was ok with. since then playing on hardcore is easy for me now
Imagine getting a bonus to stealth in a place where most of the enemies are glitched to have infinite perception

+Gray And Grey I never tried dead money is it really that hard? and it looks scary I dont like scary :3
Best part of each fallout
1- nostalgia
2- humor
3- exploration/land scape
Nv- choices/freedom
4- gunplay
Tactics- the factions
Brotherhood of steel- nothing
76- Online even though other fallouts dont have online play
Also comment from 2018 that was 5 years ago?
Nah 3 choices are also good, do you know how diabolically evil you can be in FO3 😂
@@ComradeYosh.I'm pretty sure Fallout Tactics had online co op.
@@calennosliw3669Fallout 3 also has more freedom than New Vegas.
Stop you're hurting me
I remember the first time i completed this dlc i always read through the terminal because i thought thats what you were supposed to do so i thought the game ends there and reloaded a previous save
Don't say that, I get scared when I hear beeping
I never even played the dlc so I didn't try to play it :)
This is the worst opinion
That intro gives me goosebumps~
I love how the creators of New Vegas created such a mythological experience in a post apocalyptic sci fi universe.
Sure there is pseudo science with ghouls, super mutants etc but the is no supernatural magic.
Yet it still feels magical like classic fantasy story like lotr.
A simple courier a person who brings stuff from place A to B
But we change the fate of nations, explore ancients "tombs" and treasures and create history.
So you’re saying John Denver’s ‘Country Roads’ is about the Sierra Madre. Wack.
AMAZING STORY: Hardest DLC
This DLC frustrates me the most out of all the others. But man is it satisfying to finish. Especially after getting Vera’s dress and the gold bars.
Lonesome road is the hardest
Shawn Yntig Difficulty-wise, yes. It is. But I would argue that Dead Money is annoying as hell because it’s basically a survival horror version of Fallout.
At least for Lonesome Road, they let you keep your weapons.
Nicholas Cauton
Tbh, i think lonesome road is.
I hate this dlc because it's boring and tedious but the gold bars are the only thing that's good about this god forsaken dlc
@@GrimTheDestroyer You're boring. Attitude up your a**...
We all heard about the Sierra madre the legend the curse the foolishness of it being surrounded by the city of the dead getting to it is not the problem it's gitting good
LOL
Gitting good reviews?
wished you talked about the automatic rifle and the police revolver. Great video!
How are those unique weapons?
they aren't "unique" but they are weapons only available in the sierra madre
Yes true, but that's basically saying weapons just in new Vegas Are unique in a way
I mean there are only a few of them and after you leave, unless you got the vending code, you can't get them anymore
When i got into the dlc, i thought the ghost people were gana be a pain to kill but i just beat them all with the knfie spear and there easy and all you have to do is sneak up on them and you can one hit kill them
I straight went police pistol on them rotten asses.
Sneaking up on them is not easy if they have infinite perception
Literally_God “sneak up on them” ha good one
Ha fuckin buuuuull shit
@@spacemarinechaplain9367 fr
I completed this dlc on Hardcore - Very Hard and only died 8 times :D
pls tell me you are joking.. xD
+TheColinLp You try beating it on hardcore and not dying multiple times, ive tried it and failed. Him only dieing 8 times is an achievment.
oh yeah D:
on the ps3 i only died once on hardcore mode when u trigger the gala event and you get surrounded by ghost but i was lvl 48
and another 20+ times when i tried to run with all gold bars to eventually give up and only take 6 and dropped the rest of my things to later find out i can sneak out with them
33Flamengo I'll have you know I did that same thing and died 153 times and cried only 11 times XD
Its surprisingly actually kinda hard to leave dead money, like everytime I complete dead money I don't want to leave even in 2019
Well getting into it isn’t the hard part, it’s letting go
Nah, I always complete it as fast as possible to get the gold. This DLC is my GTA SA train mission or GTA VC toy helicopter mission.
Letting go is only hard because they didn't give you a transportalponder lel
awesome intro! If you are a melee build or unarmed build you won't find it difficult to play as you don't need ammos except for shooting radio and speakers which can be done by keeping at least pistol with few ammos or throwing spears. Other than that this DLC is one of the best DLC's of Fallout game series
This dlc felt like an entirely different game. It was fast paced, exiting, and was full of puzzles. This is why i love it
If you think sierra madre is hard just play it when you're at a lower level. I replayed all of the dlc much earlier than I did my first time playing and the enemies were so much easier to kill and did less damage. I think the enemies scale with the player but the base stats of weapons stay the same so it's easier to complete the dlc at an earlier level because it's easier to kill a low level enemy with a crap knife than it is to kill a high level enemy with a crap knife
xavier valdez if this is true I'm going now at level 8 so I can get rich gra guns will be bought and lonesome road will be stared at level 12
It's even more difficult at lower levels, I went at level 10 and got my ass handed by those ghost people. Not to mention, since you don't have high stats, you're gonna spend a lot of time trying an alternate route to hack/lockpick/repair stuff in the Villa.
I played when i was level 22 i guess..then after finishing hh i discovered console code..and maxed up... Cheated lol
It’s 2019... and this video is still very useful
Caedo Genesis you are such a helpful guide. Thank you for all you have done and all you will do
You're very welcome!
So the gold's the only treasure in the Sierra Madre?
*Well that's bullsh!t*
Is worth over 300,000 caps closer to 400,000 i think, also if you have a hight enough luck you can clear out the casino which is about a aditional 12,000 caps
unicornninjao Yeah, that's good but it I thought I could do something like get an advanced, plasma powered Fat Man or a ghost companion that I could take out of the Sierra Madre or something. *Not just money*
lad Give that man a cookie! Dead Money is good DLC, It's well made, but It doesn't have many unique items. I was expecting new companion or more new weapons.
OpenYourEyes I didn't say it was bad I was just expecting more than money & a non-revisit-able map
lad Sorry, but when I've said that you've said it's bad? I've said ''Dead Money is good DLC [...] I was expecting more''
Everyone hates this dlc because of its difficulty
+Sean Lancaster It's boring as fuck. And irritating. The constant cloud and need to run into rooms to shoot the speakers/turn off radios while they make that dumbass noise sucked. And it wasn't even hard. The only difficult part was immediately after unlocking the casino, and I just ran past all the enemies. And once power was restored to the casino I played the slots for 20 minutes and got enough of those chips to leave the DLC with 300 stimpacks. It's not hard. It's just boring. Enemies that can one shot you at level 40 and that radio bullshit aren't fun.
I guess I get the picture now
+TheDementedWendigo AMEN BROTHA!
I just found it hard at the casino bit
+TheDementedWendigo what did u do go towereds the red dots
Not to mention ALL OF THE GOLD HAHAHA
I did actually manage to make it out with all of it.
The plan involved one stealth boy a very slow walk to the exit door and many trips spent laundering gold to the many merchants of the Mojave
beep beep beep beep BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEP
*Head explodes*
PTSD
FUCK
Congratulations, you just sparked a Sierra Madre flashback
*PTSD INTENSIFIES*
I love this DLC for the story, the characters, the rewards, and knowing when to let go.
I still decided to take all the bars... Can't let go of that lol but I can let go of Elijah :D
Amen brother.
I took 1 bar because i did a caps glitch so i didn't need a lot of them so i took one for the memories
What's the cap glitch?
Unlucky Magician there's one that still works on the unlimited edition and it's super op but u have to have 30,000 for it to work
God bless you for this video, I did everything on my 360 years ago but recently decided to replay on my Xbox one. Being a compulsive collector I just have to get EVERYTHING, so 7 years later, thank you for this.
Thanks thus helped a lot the wiki didn't give clear details
love Caedo keep them coming bro and can
t wait for the next DLC
sadly there is no more dlcs they are focusing on fallout 4 happily but that makes up for no more dlc
Guys, the Dead Money Jumpsuit you spawn with is also unique, so don’t drop it
no its not theres another in the switching station and probably other areas
"The hard part is letting go"
My greedy ass with all 37 gold bars:
There probably was quite a few memorable and never to see again in the wastes events during the dead money dlc... however I was way too preoccupied desperately trying to stay Alive to really notice or appreciate any of them aside from maybe a terminal or two
For sure, it's a deathtrap! I did notice that going in at higher level, and/or light step really helped when I wanted to enjoy more of the atmosphere and story.
2017 and still using this guide every time i use the dlc thx man!!! :D
2019 and still came back here again for my new playthrough
2021 lol
I missed most of those because I was too busy avoiding glitches to pay attention to what I was doing. .-.
You must really dislike New Vegas bro. I had one glitch during this speed run for recording. And it was more hilarious than anything. Then again, if you played on PS3 there's your problem right there.
Caedo Genesis Yeah, PS3. .-.
there was glitch that i was moved to outside of the map in NV DEAD MONEY IN PS3 NEAR A COIN FOUNTAIN
I tend to miss that dlc once its over
I love this dlc
Do you require psychiatric evaluation
No thank you
Gary?
Gary Wha? Ha
Bro this was such a well organized video thank you
did you also know, you can get all of the gold ingots, technically infinite caps. all you gotta do is grab them all, drop them through the electro fence thingy towards the beginning of the ends interior, grab them and walk out of the dlc.
No way I'm going to try this . hope it works
izaiah rios You can also sneak past Elijah if you convince him to come down to the vault. It takes a pretty good sneak skill though and you need to have really good timing cause he turns the force fields back on.
ye tried that too and it does work but im a completionist and i need EVERYTHING including his robes. this method is alot easier though, you also have to place mines so he dies and you can leave.
Matt Galek You can find his robes in a footlocker after the DLC regardless of whether you killed him or not.
oh shit completley forgot. would recommend that way then.
The male version of Vera's outfit is like the only thing I like to wear anymore. I'm fragile as fucking cloth butI justi feel so *_Fancy_* in it
This was a really good dlc in terms of story and difficulty. The Pitt from fallout 3 was also a really good one too.
I think the assassins suit and the security guard helmet is a good combination
Man I want to do all the dlc but from what I have heard, I don't want to do this one, but whenever I turn on my radio I see that "Sierra Madre Broadcast" and I just groan
+Brandon Harris It's very much a love/hate expansion. You'll like it if you enjoy possible death around every corner, getting lost, and dark themes with a 'let go' narrative. Otherwise, probably not.
+Caedo Genesis your vids helped me a lot dude thanks
Just finished it.😇😇😇 I faced my fears!
+Caedo Genesis I at least like the madres back story look and the holorifle and the payout from this expansion
Unfortunately I had no saves before the quest. I was stuck in that cloud covered hell but I killed many, survived, and got very rich.
When I face lanius at Hoover dam I won't forget the debt I owe
what????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
What the hell are you talkinh about
2:16 Barney Calhoun?!
Apollo lol

Dead Money was a frustrating and depressing experience for me. It was that I had to survive without almost any rest, avoiding radios, speakers from my collar exploding, going around the red clouds, killing the Villa inhabitants with almost no stimpaks, and seeing that I had to leave Christine and Dog behind after dealing with Elijah in the vault. I was hoping to help Christine and Dog to get out of there to bring them back into the Mojave somehow, but that was the depressing part. The best part about this DLC was how hard it hit me emotionally after it all. All around fucked up.
You could also get Elijah’s robes off of his body
Great dlc and great vid bro. Was kinda hoping for the mods too but still great
Anyone still playing fallout New vegas in 2021 are my favorite people ❤
Best game
Just got to the Tampico theatre, looking for Dean 😆
Agreed my man
Really good videos you deserve way more subscribers will try to help out!
what about the automatic rifle
mun mun teh werewoof but is very powerful
mun mun teh werewoof so is veras outfit thers two but its still hard to get
Had like 2 Domino stashes left, thank you so fucking much
Uh...you forgot about the vending machine mods such as for the holorifle.
Yeah I noticed that too
my snow globe was on the wooden boxes behind the stash and you also want to loot the desks there is a lot of good stuff in them on number 12
Why don't you do the other DLC?
Caedo you are the best youtuber bro BTW great job on this video man
i know probably no one will see this in time for the answer to be useful to me, but can dean be your companion at any point after you enter the casino? i doubt it, but it's worth asking.
(SPOILERS->) i want to trade for his tux because i don't want to kill him for it
no
+Alex Gaming sorry
Alex Gaming lol it didn't matter because he hated me so i had to kill him anyways
you can but you can't insult him or ask so many questions.
Love to see an "upgrade for the vending machines" guide. Any guides I've found are a mess, not as user friendly or specific as we get from Caedo Genesis 😉
I hate this DLC. I want one of the options for the lonesome road DLC to be Nuking the Sierra Madre
Indigo Julze 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Dead money is by far my favorite dlc and has been since the first time i played it.
Hated this dlc with a passion
+Edgar Cancino Dead Money is the worst DLC next to Honest Hearts
+Horosh The Anime Hunter Never heard anyone complain about Honest Hearts, what didn't you like about it?
+TheDementedWendigo It was a disappointing to say the least
+Horosh The Anime Hunter idk I really don't think the dlc was bad I just think it was pretty boring that's about it
"Hated"? Why did you stop hating it???
I think he should have mentioned the police pistol because it's a unique version of the 357
I hate this dlc to DEATH!
Because you suck and need to get good and learn how to approach the game differently rather than running and gunning... Seriously this was my favorite DLC because it was a challenge but super fun overall
Ok what should I rather do than Running and Gunning?
Zach Gilbert I heard that the DLC tests your survival skills. And I don't mean your stats, I mean learning the environment and taking every approach with caution.
I almost beat the doc with 23 hit points left it's impossible
Nigga what?!?! I play Dead Money for 2 things: the gold and the automatic rifles. Other than the spread, that BAR kicks ass!
You can get out with all the gold.
@@pyromasteralex And who doesn't love giving a middle finger to the game? That's my gold!
Switches new Vegas from survival with slight elements of horror, to survival horror. This dlc is where it’s at
I didn't let go, I persisted and escaped with all the vaults contents
You can find Sierra Madre armor in the police station.. Dont know if it has the same stats but still good for starting out
I was wondering if you ever thought about a video about the improvised weapons created from the workbenches in Fallout New Vegas. I created a Superheated Cosmic Knife while I was in the Sierra Madere Casino after I gained access to a computer terminal in a maintenance room in the Executive Suies of the casino and learned a recipe to make it at a workbench.☺
You deserve as much subs as your views. People are so mean to just watch and go but at least views aren't worthless!
This whole video’s length sums up one of my biggest problems with this DLC. Almost no unique items at all, and what there is isn’t even that good aside from the Holorifle, and Police Pistol for some playthroughs.
So uuuuuuuuh
This is the best walk through I've ever seen
You may not have forgotten the automatic rifle but it’s definitely one of the best guns in the game
hmm, you can get Father Elijah's robe when you kill him when confronting him after he talks to you while you are in the vault
I love all your videos and would love to see you make more fallout vids
Another thing of note you can take the valuables in the vault
cant wait for his fallout 4 guides ;)
You can actually win a ton of money in the Sierra Madre casino, it'll all be in prewar money though
I like the way he says the locations
Dead money is pretty easy. First time round is exhausting but you get the hand of it lol
The second time I played I went in to the dlc with certain perks.
•Light step
•Rad child (8hp per sec with high radiation)
Implant GRX
High medicine
High melee
High guns
Van Graff combat armour
Rebreather
Max sneak
And the fist of Rawr. Literally one shotted all of them!
I have PTSD from this dlc cause of the difficulty but once i got through it i found it quite useful, it sharpend my skills and made me play with my own play style intill I found a good play style I was ok with. since then playing on hardcore is easy for me now
One of the best DLCs ever made.
Amazing video i found the doc pretty easy on the 2 time but still easy
Im not going to lie dead money was one hell of a dlc
I like it..I am now a person of your subscriptions...
I fucking love this DLC, best one out of the four if them
nah, honest hearts is an absolute banger
Message above was composed by the burnt man cult
Dead money is the most anxiety makin dlc I've ever played
the reinforced gecko backed leather armor is actually the highest armor with 20 dt
Dead money was one of the scariest dlc to play and honestly still creeps me out
Worth it just for the +1 agility glitch imo
You mean +10 AGL, right?
I'm mad at myself for missing some of these stashed that are literally out in the open
Thanks helped out a lot
You forget about the automatic rifle which is a insanely good weapon
