I’m literally the unluckiest person in the world. Mine doesn’t have the BlueStacks_nxt folder in the folder app data. I checked in program files saw another folder called Bluestack_nxt but it doesn’t have the config file. I literally have no idea what is going on.
if you change folder in you install on the new version bluestack maybe change localfile to target bluestack.conf .anywhere,for me i'm change to drive e:program file(64) and then when i'm click in folder file are have 2 folder in bluestack5 (bluestack_x , bluestack_nxt) if you click bluestack_nxt will have bluestack.conf

delete and reinstall maybe
Maybe you did the wrong mistake as me and looked into a wrong folder (There are 2 different BlueStacks_nxt folders in different folders)
