i was doing my nail while listening, so i had a uv lamp in my hand, i was so into it that i screamed, "i have one." im dumb like no one I really loved the stream ❤ ... i didn't know this type of board game existed... I can't wait for episode 2
I live about 20 minutes from Burkittsville, and it's so funny seeing the map include a community college, academy, hotel, etc. The town itself has like less than 100 people lol. But still so cool to see someplace local to me be brought to life for everyone to see. Love this series, can't wait for the rest!!
I am so excited! I was the one that mentioned it in a previous stream. The set, two seasons, was so much fun. I hope you enjoy it like I did Gab! Edited to add: Just finished the video and it was so good. I can remember finding all this stuff out myself. As for the pen, half the time they never worked so I would just get a blacklight. The codes do continue through the episodes. I'm so glad you were able to play this. The only bad thing was having to wait a month to get a new box because the series was once a month but so worth it. I do wish that they would continue the series but it seems a new company took it over. Maybe they will continue, I don't know. I'd love to find something similar.
I mentioned it in the stream chat, but I ended up buying a small blacklight flashlight (rechargeable) because I had a different Hunt-A-Killer kit with a dead light. It will absolutely come in handy if you do more HAK mysteries! I hope you continue to do these - there are more sets that are a series, or there are standalone boxes, and all the ones I've done have been really enjoyable!
There's something so comforting about Gab making puzzles and playing board games. I feel like I'm going to rewatch all the videos on this channel just because they are so calm and cozy 😌
me listening to you go through the list of buildings, having looked at township maps and cemetery maps and seen the differences over the centuries in how a town develops: yeah no, this map makes no frickin sense.
I really love what's been done on this channel! The puzzles are now a sweet treat for me lol, it's nice to see these pop up in between video game playthroughs. Adds variety to the content (and I didn't even know puzzles like this and the 'Hidden Object' one even exist in board form!). Love it, love it!
These detective games are just the perfect mix of cosy and creepy. I've been a little fixated on a lot of real world events this week and now I'm about fifteen minutes into this, I think I needed it. Thanks Gab! p.s. Whatever music playlist you picked paired nicely with this game :3
I have absolutely been loving this new format of videos, first puzzles and now MYSTERY PUZZLES? It already seems like a fun series! I always love hearing Detective Gab dive into a new case! Especially when Gab begins connecting the dots! There were some points where I would not have put two and two together so quickly. Impressed and excited as always, look forward to upcoming episodes!!!❤ Keep up the good work!
This was fun. The audio file at the end was fantastic. I got filled with a sense of dread as i listened, which was really cool. Looking forward to the next installment
Got back into puzzles and recently played my first mystery puzzle! It was called “The Hardy Boys Extreme Danger Decoder Puzzle” and it was so much fun!
Can you imagine living during a time in a town where there are active disappearances of children and people are showing up murdered. The townsfolk do not appear to look into it and they do not really investigate, instead they blame it on a superstition?
I keep making the mistake of playing this before I’m about to sleep, the amount of times I’ve nodded off within five mins ??? I swear that’s a compliment, it’s like ASMR for me. Also I adore the concept of these game? Puzzles !!
This channel has become my ultimate after work treat. I have been loving all the puzzles and mysteries that have been happening. A very nice change of pace every now and then from the main channel. I am SO invested into this story and I cannot wait to see how it unfolds.
An automotive place next to a diner is a common thing in older American towns as it gave a convenient place for people to stay in relative comfort while their vehicle was being worked on.
Random off topic note: Not uncommon for a tiny tiny town to have a community college. They service the wider area (like 1+ hour radius) so people can get certifications or two year degrees/diplomas locally without going to a larger university out of town in a large city that is hours away. (Remember our states in the US are the size of European countries) With online education being more common now we're getting more accessible options but there are some things that still have to be done in person.
This was so cool! Thank you so much for posting these edited streams, it's so helpful for someone like me who doesn't always have the time to watch the full thing. Looking forward to more!!
I'll stay up past my bedtime to watch this. Love your videos. They got me through high school. Like, actually, there were times when i wanted to give up on life, and your videos brought me back. Thank you for being you❤❤
Yes ‘!!! I love these type of content !! I watch a Channel who used to do all of these they sadly stoped doing these. So is refreshing to see you doing this !
Loving this, can't wait to see more! I've been wanting to try one of these for probably 4-5 years now. At 49:01, I used that code in 2nd or 3rd grade. My mom bought me this little "diary" from the scholastic book club in when they were taking orders. It was a purple, paperback book with an image of a heart-lock and a matching key on the cover. This code was in that diary. So cool to see it again!
I never really paid attention to Gab's videos because I usually just listened while doing work. Her voice is really nice. Now I got the time to watch the video. 😄 I realize Gab has such nice hands. Her fingers are long and the nails are well maintained. They are supple and strong looking. I draw things, so in my eyes, her hands are such a good model for drawing.
I absolutely LOVE this channel. My favorite TH-camr doing my family's favorite pastimes? I'm all the way here for it! (Btw, I've had your "To Zanarkand" in my my music playlists since you posted it and still watch/listen to it often.)
It's a pretty cool detail that the drawing is directly underneath teh part of his letter that says "And you in a way." Especially considering taht it was gicing him his dad's notes.
Im pretty sure the game is more like this! A kid goes missing and you go with a search party! (You do get seperated with the party but you do have a dog to accompany you!)
Oh my GOSH!! My hubbie and I absolutely loved this series from Hunt a Killer!! We are so happy that you're enjoying too!! Just wait until the last box!!!
I just love this new channel of yours. It's both captivating and relaxing watching your videos or having them on as backround noice! Love this and looking forward to the next Episode of this
I know, me too! But I can understand why it might take a little time. Gab did an amazing job with the background music, and it even changes as the story progresses. Unless she happened to find the perfect background ambient track, that kind of audio editing and even just finding the right music, takes time.
I have been craving your mystery videos. I enjoyed the contest one and I saw the video game murder mystery ones. I was sad when I finished the murder mystery ones. So I'm excited for this series.
This was amazing! I hope you enjoyed playing it as much as I did watching it, I really hope you continue this game and many more like it, I did sw googling and this company has many games that sound great including a Nancy!
10 minutes into watching and I just worked out what bothers me about the town - no town naturally forms with just one road. They're either started as a stop on the way from one place to another, generally at a crossroads, or to serve a local industry. If it was a logging town, for instance, you'd see one road going to the rest of the state and another going to the actual forestry sites.
That was really good. I was subscribed to Blair witch but never found the time to play them. They came out with the other in the series I was subscribed to as well that I hope you play.
These are so good but I do wish we would take a little bit more time w everything (idk if maybe there is more stuff in the stream that's just cut here), like there's hand writing on the therapist report's back side, and there's the inconsistency of the pbj and tuna sandwich that went unnoticed and I'm sure there are other tiny misteries that we missed :(
"I hope you're still let's fucking going out there" Had me weezing hahaha
i was doing my nail while listening, so i had a uv lamp in my hand, i was so into it that i screamed, "i have one." im dumb like no one
I really loved the stream ❤ ... i didn't know this type of board game existed... I can't wait for episode 2
Happy I'm not the only one. I have one on my keyring.I did a lot of ARGs back in the day. lol
i'm also doing my nails while watching this! just normal polish not gel tho

Gab + Blair witch [episode 1] + rainy day = cozy vibes😌☕️⛈️
You’re so right! Great musical choice too for the best atmosphere! 🥰 love this.
YES ITS HUNT A KILLER 😭😭😭 I've been waiting years for someone to actually do a playthrough of the Blair Witch edition, im so excited to watch!
I am so excited! I was the one that mentioned it in a previous stream. The set, two seasons, was so much fun. I hope you enjoy it like I did Gab!
Edited to add:

Nice one I loved this can't wait to find out whats going on 😁
Could’ve been at least one other person to recommend this, or she saw it somewhere else?🤡

She posted on discord that she's bought one and it's arrived :D

There's something so comforting about Gab making puzzles and playing board games. I feel like I'm going to rewatch all the videos on this channel just because they are so calm and cozy 😌
Yeah it gives me comfy coazy vibes. I also love comfy spooky vibes of this one.
That Supernatural reference came out of left field 😂 this was so fun to watch in excited for the rest!
me listening to you go through the list of buildings, having looked at township maps and cemetery maps and seen the differences over the centuries in how a town develops: yeah no, this map makes no frickin sense.

If you like the Hunt a Killer boxes you should look into the Nancy Drew one they have! It's called Mystery at Magnolia Gardens!
Commenting to bump this up, that sounds awesome!

Gab’s the only person who can make horror enjoyable for me haha
21:40 | The last bit about a young boy disappearing is a reference to the Video Game released in 2019, even the timeline lines up.
Oooooh spooky solving game and the music to match nice combination getting goosebumps
You mean, GOOBUSBUMPS?! 👀😂💜
I keep making the mistake of playing this before I’m about to sleep, the amount of times I’ve nodded off within five mins ??? I swear that’s a compliment, it’s like ASMR for me.
Also I adore the concept of these game? Puzzles !!
Next time, just use your smart lights and change them to the blacklight blue/purple. Have a whole black light party while puzzling.
So excited! Have my coffee, nerve meds, lidocaine patches and a blanket and ready for some fun and exciting content. Thank you so much Gab. ❤
Love the cliff hanger, can't wait for episode 2.
The music adds so much to this!! So cool 🎉
I live in the town next to Burkettsville! Love that you’re playing this game.
I love these!!! I love seeing a "Nancy" game IRL! (yes, i know it's not Nancy but it's Nancy-esqu lol)
Random off topic note: Not uncommon for a tiny tiny town to have a community college. 00:15 ah yes, the nuerospicy need for mutiple drinks 😂 ❤
i am SO excited to watch this!! we bought this for and did this with my dad for his 55th birthday and it was the best time ever
Yes ‘!!! I love these type of content !! I watch a Channel who used to do all of these they sadly stoped doing these. So is refreshing to see you doing this !
Thanks for the relaxation, Gabs!
Loving this, can't wait to see more! I've been wanting to try one of these for probably 4-5 years now.

I know nothing of the Blair Witch series but the map has a creepy village vibe. Lol Loved the puzzle vid.
I never really paid attention to Gab's videos because I usually just listened while doing work. Her voice is really nice.

I can’t wait for episode 2!! Love this channel, such cozy vibes and I’m loving more gabs content!
Love the Twin Peaks references. “Hank” and “Shelley” working at the diner
Omg this is my new favorite video... please do more of these!! I love doing these myself and these videos are so calming and interesting
Absolutely loving these games and puzzles! I had no idea this genre existed but have already added a few to my wish list to play with my partner!
Yayy! This stream was so much fun! Looking forward to episode two 😊❤
I love this channel so much
I absolutely LOVE this channel. My favorite TH-camr doing my family's favorite pastimes? I'm all the way here for it! (Btw, I've had your "To Zanarkand" in my my music playlists since you posted it and still watch/listen to it often.)
The background music was so good!! watching the vid on the background while working.
Thanks Gab.
I think this is my fav box so far - very entertaining and spooky!
Love this and the music in the background ❤️ Can’t wait for the next episode
It's a pretty cool detail that the drawing is directly underneath teh part of his letter that says "And you in a way." Especially considering taht it was gicing him his dad's notes.
This is so good!! I need moreee
This was so much fun! I love watching these and see all the attention for detail in the items and learn the mystery!
I swear to god you do the most interesting horror stuff Gab! Had no idea these boxes existed and I'm super excited to watch!
I missed the starting of the stream. So this is perfect for me 😊❤❤
Not gab saying the plot of the Blair Witch game that came out awhile ago would be a good sequel. Such a mood 😂❤
Nooooooo ugh I need episode twoooo
The suspense lol
I am thoroughly intrigued! I cant wait to see where this goes. board games i can play on my own are my type of thing
This was so fun. Definitely would love more like this in the future 💗
Im pretty sure the game is more like this! A kid goes missing and you go with a search party! (You do get seperated with the party but you do have a dog to accompany you!)
I never got to finish this it wasn't as fun when no one wanted to do it with me and I had no help. I'm excited to see where it goes!
Gotta say i am loving this new style of videos, this truly satisfy an itch. ❤
Oh my GOSH!! My hubbie and I absolutely loved this series from Hunt a Killer!! We are so happy that you're enjoying too!! Just wait until the last box!!!

this is so good and cosy with the ambient sounds and your readings!!! More plz
Loving these IRL puzzle games so much!
Please please continue this! I can see why Hunt The Killer was so popular!!!!
I am literally checking for the next ep of this hourly, so interesting!
I know, me too! But I can understand why it might take a little time. Gab did an amazing job with the background music, and it even changes as the story progresses. Unless she happened to find the perfect background ambient track, that kind of audio editing and even just finding the right music, takes time.
You are literally my favorite person on this platform.
I have been craving your mystery videos. I enjoyed the contest one and I saw the video game murder mystery ones. I was sad when I finished the murder mystery ones. So I'm excited for this series.
i love hunt a killer!! never done this series so i’m super excited for u to play
Could always try a make it at home black light with marker and tape on a flashlight. Good hack
Omg! Hunt a Killer is so cool! When I make a few more book sales regularly I'm absolutely getting it! Thanks got showing it off so well, Gab!
I have to watch this again, because I slept through the video last night. Looks cool!
This was amazing! I hope you enjoyed playing it as much as I did watching it, I really hope you continue this game and many more like it,
I did sw googling and this company has many games that sound great including a Nancy!
Omg perfect timing
I am so happy you have this channel!!!!!!!
The Nancy Drew in Gab is tingling at this game. Black light is necessary!
10 minutes into watching and I just worked out what bothers me about the town - no town naturally forms with just one road. If it was a logging town, for instance, you'd see one road going to the rest of the state and another going to the actual forestry sites.
The background music is so cool! Does anyone know what track (or tracks) are in this video?
That was really good. I was subscribed to Blair witch but never found the time to play them. They came out with the other in the series I was subscribed to as well that I hope you play.
I love the sounds and music used while you read 😮👍
I loved this so much, you have no idea.
I really really enjoyed that one, was sooooooooo invested in it. Great find and there's alot more. Bonus. Can't wait to find out EVERYTHING 👀 👓 😂
This was super fun. Can't wait for the next box!
These are so good but I do wish we would take a little bit more time w everything (idk if maybe there is more stuff in the stream that's just cut here), like there's hand writing on the therapist report's back side, and there's the inconsistency of the pbj and tuna sandwich that went unnoticed and I'm sure there are other tiny misteries that we missed :(
omg i did this one a couple years back, so fun to watch you do it!!
Yes!!!! This is so fun. I love hunt a killer, but I don’t have people to do them with me.
These are so comforting I love it!!!!
22:00 "That would be a good sequel!" THAT WAS THE VIDEO GAME xD;
Binging chillas art and a side video had your face. Had no clue you did these!
uuh, can't wait for the next episode! I just love witches, mysteries and puzzles! :3
This is absolutely amazing!
I knew this was going to be good! I love these games.
Excited for episode 2 completely invested
