In this video, we're discussing the current state of iOS downgrading, current methods, compatibility, which methods work, and which methods are no longer working. I am also explaining DelayOTA, Semaphorin Downgrades, SHSH2 Blobs, etc.
Downgrading from iOS 17 is currently impossible to anything other than signed iOS versions. DelayOTA does work, but it allows you to go up, not down. Semaphorin downgrades only work with checkm8 devices.

I have a quick question. If I jailbreak in future (I'm on iOS 17.4RC A14), is it possible to downgrade to iOS 16.5.1/16.6B1 (I have the SHSH2 Blobs), or will a downgrade also not work, when jailbroken?

Tldr; downgrade is possible for devices below iOS 15 with blobs and/or iPhone X and older on iOS 15 and lower with checkm8 tethered and for blobs iOS 15 and lower or 16.7.x-16.6.1
I have a iphone 8 on ios 16 can i somehow use a backup to downgrade my iphone 13?
I asked multiple question regarding what iOS i should be on if i only want trollstore and not the jailbreak.
Can i updgrade from 16.1.2 to 17.3.1 and have trollstore installed to be able to install the apps i need without resigning those all the time?
TrollStore only works up to iOS 17.0 but even for that, there is no installation method available yet.

Your chip is A10 so I’m pretty sure you can downgrade using the last method. Or Paler1n to jailbreak, I’m not sure if I’m right but paler1n supports 17.4.1 for chips below A12
@@Birdmodss I actually ended up returning that iPad because it had the infamous white spots on the screen. I bought a replacement coming in the mail soon it’s on 16.5. Should I leave it on there or upgrade again to 17.4.1?

You can't. You can update to iOS 17.2.x instead of iOS 17.4.1 (using DelayOTA) but it's not jailbreakable yet.

another way to jailbreak ur iphone is to just buy a old iphone that is already on ios 16 or 15. if they sell em.
Such a closed system is so difficult to downgrade. I will choose an Android tablet in the future and will never buy an iPad again.

@@sreeganesh725 it's a semi-jailbreak so basically when it shuts off it will reverts back to it's standard unJailbroken state unless I reactivate it I prefer this I don't like permanent jailbreaks
