Irvine although much prefer to fly. The old boat was something, rough rides and lots of vomit in the crowd...🎶bah bah black sheep....yes sir , yes sir , three bags full 🤮🤮😂😂🤜🤛

in my time it was THE BIRD OF PARADISE and SCARLET IBIS and the journey time was 10 hours. so to have a journey time of 3 hours now is very good. oh by the way if you call that traffic in tobago you should see london bumper to bumper for 5 miles every day.

I’m not 100% saying this but I think the money was spent in a good way to connect the two islands and its people …in my times was the panorama and it took about 6 to 7 hr. back and forth 🤔

, you are backward and antiquated. With a bridge, it will take around twenty-five minutes or less to cross. That ferry is still too slow. One needs progressive development, not this nonsense.

Secondly building a bridge between both islands makes no sense as not only would the cost be astronomical but there simply would not be enough car traffic between both places to justify said cost. I'm sorry but your suggestion that we should build what would essentially be the longest bridge in the world to carry a couple thousand people each year would never even make it out the feasibility study stage. Also a three hour sea crossing to cover a distance of 162 KM is by no means slow.

This boat has no upper deck, the ride was smooth but in rough seas I suspect it would be less so.

@@ianbynoe6515 Okay so firstly the name calling is unnecessary. Secondly building a bridge between both islands makes no sense as not only would the cost be astronomical but there simply would not be enough car traffic between both places to justify said cost.
I'm sorry but your suggestion that we should build what would essentially be the longest bridge in the world to carry a couple thousand people each year would never even make it out the feasibility study stage. Also a three hour sea crossing to cover a distance of 162 KM is by no means slow.
