Congratulations as you already know the basics of personal finance. So you can move on - as personal finance is nothing more than doing basics right and just repeating what works.

RDA dollar savings won’t give good returns. Better park in NPC

You can open RDA with any bank it is directly linked to National bank of Pakistan

Yes you can have both, but you can invest in PSX with only PKR account.
I suggest open both like me , one for PSX and one for NPC

Depends on your situation - if repatriation is required than 100% USD NPC. If not, then go for some mutual funds which are giving much better than PKR NPC right now.

Karachi Interbank Offered Rate - the benchmark interest rate for all banks in Pakistan. Islamic banks also follow it.
I am not an expert but there is one aspect you are missing.
Transferring to RDA $ account is much more convenient and cost effective if you transfer in your RDA PKR and then using RDA CurrenEase feature you can easily transfer to your RDA $ account. You can do reverse of it if you need to withdraw money.
Note: you have to open two RDA linked accounts in same bank PKR and US$.
I myself is doing it and Faysal Islamic bank app is most comprehensive RDA app as per my experience and you can do transfers using app.
Latly I want you 3sged more light on other RDA services roshan Car Roshan house and other underlying features like the one I have mentioned for the awareness of general public.
