As an NRI, investing has been rather rewarding to me and I've learned that getting a good return is very much attainable if you know your way around it. I've watched my net worth grow exponentially these past months.
You say it like it's easy forgetting that not everyone is as lucky as you are. I've invested for months now without any progress. How are you able to do it?
It's totally far from luck. My IA, Herman Jonas has consistently outperformed the market ever since I got on his program. He has continued to put my $25k to good use with market driven strategies making me an optimal return of over $101k
Luck is way off the picture. Jonas Herman, a licensed fiduciary is the brain behind my success. I've gotten into a plethora of assets with $21k spread across stocks (options and futures) for the short term and Roth IRA, index funds, cryptocurrency and ETFs, for the long term. Now with over 102k in roi, I sit back and just reinvest at intervals while I handle my other businesses.
Do not forget that when it comes to investing, prices can be erratic, rising and declining quickly, often in relation to companies' policies, which individual investors or “experts” do not influence.
Keep going mate I started at 41... was in 7K debt and living in my overdraft. I'm now debt free have a 15K emergency fund. 20K saving pot and just surpassed 120K. Diversification and a clear understanding of your financial goals are key... I am almost 43 now!
I lost a lot chasing individual stocks and I feel pretty silly for not understanding how investing works. I have a double major in economics but I’ve been trying to make sense of the market. Well done on profits!
Keep it simple, buy things you understand, take some risk but don't try to shoot the lights out. I’m invested in ETFs, equity index funds, and individual stocks and use a CFA. On average, she takes 10% of earnings, but using *Lina Dineikiene's* system makes it much more hands-off. I conservatively follow her recommendations and market entry and exit points, and tbh this makes it fairly simple for me... I am convinced it's not just hard work but smart work :-)
You have done an excellent job of explaining ISAs and SIPPs in simple easy to understand terms in this video and I especially like that you also said what they are best for. Well done.

Thanks for the video. But the sad part is the government doesnt want people to save money...very low interest rates...so many limitations, and confusing terms and conditions...
I was searching for this kind of information for so long... You are god sent!!! I earn 40 k a year.. I am worried about how much i can invest and taxation
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really happy that the information resonated with you. You should make every effort to start with an ISA account and protect your savings from Taxes.
You need a Good professional advisor like MRS VARINA MCCLAINE to avoid losing or scam, you can search for her on Google. she is all over internet. I built my estate and other expensive investment all these through her skills. Good lucky
But isa is only giving like 1.16 point something return and I I don't see any account that gives more than 3% in fact only if you do like a bond of 1 year you get 4 percent
You can earn >10% by investing in S&P500 index funds. If you mean Cash ISA, then money market funds are paying approximately 5%. Here is an example: th-cam.com/video/8QkXdiYW-v0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=QYR0krU0eRvvc6_W
Hello Suman Bhai i will shifting to uk soon with my family. I will request to you make more videos for people like me as beginners on investment, settlement, housing etc.
I like your content and they are very informative. I am a UK national and resident, as well as also file tax in India as NRI. Am I eligible to have general investment account (equity/etf) in UK in addition to ISA.
If you are living in UK and has got PR than invest in UK to buy property otherwise you will be fool to invest in foreign country. If you have costly agriculture land in India than think before taking UK citizenship. In india a foreign citizen cannot own agriculture land. You may be taxed for selling property in India by uk after becoming UK citizen. Better use money earn in UK to invest in India where return is more. In UK there is high chance even after earning £100k after mid year to 55 years, your children maystill have to do part time job during unversity years. In most cases by third generation in UK they will in situation like na ghar ke rahe na ghat ke. USA may be better as it is made up of mostly immigrant.
You are correct. I am in UK since last 20 years+, I did not invest in ISA or London stock market. In hindsight, I did not know how then, hence did not invest; that turned out to be good for me. UK stock market went no where in this time. NIFTY 50 quadrupled. Think twice before investing in ISA; forecast does not look good here.
@@lordofrins100 I have done ISA investing through my UK Bank 10 years ago both UK and USA stocks. Withdrawn. Too little, smaller returns for me. Now an options trader on USA market.

Yes, that's allowed
Will withdrawing from cash ISA also involve a penalty? Any age limits?
No penalty for withdrawal from cash ISA. Penalty is in Lifetime ISA only.
Currently, it's not suitable to invest in the UK. We are in big trouble due to the new gov. Pls reconsider after change.
