It was 35 years ago that I received knowledge off one of Prem's instructors, and the gateway opened to allow Light to come flooding in. Since then I've detoured several times, but keep keeping back to Prem, to realise it's our underlying true nature.

I had a point in my life where I was adrift from this experience and eventually was lost and had no Peace. Events took a severe turn for the worse, all my own doing too. I found myself in a position where even my physical freedom was taken away. I then had to make a choice, so I did and I started to have a real experience of the SELF. I understood slowly but surely how to just relax and practice this Peace. I became creative and my entire life turned around. It took real effort, MY effort. I am my own best friend, we all are, if we treat ourselves right.
