Great videos John, do you leave the same masking tape on for all coats of paint when painting coachlines or change it inbetween coats, and what tape do you use/recommend

Thanks for this, when you said that before starting the next coat you would wipe the surface down then I assume that this is just a dry wipe to dust off any particles that might have settled or do you wipe wipe a solvent or cleaner ?

Yes just a clean cloth or tact rag

Great videos John. Do you have to sand down between 1st and 2nd coats or sand after all 3 under coats are on? I’ve only 240 sand paper, that ok?

No need to sand between coat as long as you don't exceed overcoating time chech the data sheets and they will let you know how long between coats at different temperature

Hi John. I will be useing the same undercoat, is it to dark for bright red, or do I need to use the white undercoat. B Watson.

Very helpful series - one question; you mentioned Multi 40 paint is best for gunnels and roof, I’ve tried to google this but nothing comes up! Does it have another name? Thanks!
