nice and smooth model result...I've got a question... when we convert subd models into nurbs, it makes all faces to individual surfaces that are joined together! or when we want to unwrap this model in another software like ((Rizom UV, 3ds max, keyshot and so on)) they consider all these edges as seams and make the model into many tiny seperate faces which make the unwrap process impossible. do you have any suggestion to solve this problem?

My suggestion would be to run a quad remesh in Rhino before exporting. docs.mcneel.com/rhino/7/help/en-us/commands/quadremesh.htm
