dude u are the best..........i will acknowledge you on my graduation.....you are a life and medical school saver........from a medic student in zimbabwe
It is really really good explanation even for PhD students. Thank you so much. You know... the more you know about a topic, the more comfortable with it. This is exactly your situation. Thanks again...
You are really beyond my lecturers I hope that maybe I will pass anatomy and physiology bcz of AK Lectures. I wish every University Lecturers should be like you, students can be get quality knowledge.
you are a godsend. i've always had trouble understanding the crossbridge and powerstroke cycle but it's so crystal clear now. thank you so much ak lectures!!! you are a blessing to me.
Wow. It's not just the concise information that amazed me, but also the way you dominated the video. This kept me listening throughout the video, and found out that this lesson is actually interesting.
Been watching your videos for this entire semester we've had of biochemistry and I've always left your videos a tonne smarter than when I came. No matter if it's anabolism, catabolism, muscle contraction, biochemical methods, the electron transport chain or reactive oxygen species, you never cease to impress; your videos are made in such a nice, digestible way and are incredibly informative and always on point! Thanks a lot for all your help, I wish you the best! :-)
ALL of you videos have been VERY VERY helpful! By taking and breaking up the major points of each section makes the understanding process easier. Therefore one can actually truly learn the material. Thank you so MUCH!
My parents forced me to get into dental school and i hate everything about it. But when I watch your videos everything becomes much more enjoyable. And I think that's the biggest compliment someone could give you.
This is SO helpful! Thank you so much for your amazing explanations. I was worried that these would be tough to listen to because there's so much writing on the board, but you are so clear and not overly complicated! Thank you!
Do steps 3 and 6 repeat many times so that thin filaments from each side move towards each other and eventually close up the gap and overlap on each other at the end of contraction phase?
It's been 2 yrs, so I hope you found your answer. If not, do you think it makes its way back to the mitochondria to be reformed into ATP ( through the electron transport chain )? Probably
Hi there am Mark Am lost because on your first lecture on sacromere you indicated that the troponin and tropomyosin on the diagram differently and now you have reversed the labeling So which one is right
I swear no-one needs tuition when you are there on youtube. You are doing a fantastic job !!
I had difficulty on these but you made it look easy. I can't thank you enough.
Victor Ameh awesome
the most clear cut and eloquent explanation of this very complicated theory I have ever seen!
dude u are the best..........i will acknowledge you on my graduation.....you are a life and medical school saver........from a medic student in zimbabwe
Actually speaking, you make children pass their exams with flying colors. its the best taken lecture ever!! Thanks
Best taken with a healthy dose of 1.5x speed.
I never even thought of that - great tip actually!
Thanks for the reminder

You got me through Biology for Science Majors and now you're getting me through Anatomy and Physiplogy 1. Thank you!
you have been the only video i have watched on the sliding filament theory that actually explained to me ho the calcium got onto the troponin
thanks
This is the best explanation of skeletal muscle contraction I have found on TH-cam.
You are really beyond my lecturers I hope that maybe I will pass anatomy and physiology bcz of AK Lectures.

I Always understand your lectures.

No matter How tough the topic is, if I listen to ur lecture it makes me understand easy.. Thank you sir
Very well explained..... Now i completely understand each and every concept related to this chapter...... Thankyou so much.......

WOW WOW WOW !! Keep doing what you are doing as it helped me understand concepts I could not understand for 6 months.

I really love your class....you are the best....
+shafwan mohammed thanks for watching
Thank u
This guy is a genius
Hah, totally forgot about muscle physiology since my M1 yearss ago. Thanks for the refresher videos, love em!
You are an incredible instructor.
Thank you so much for this clear and concise explanation! You are very inspiring person.
This is SO helpful! Thank you so much for your amazing explanations. I was worried that these would be tough to listen to because there's so much writing on the board, but you are so clear and not overly complicated! Thank you!

I Literally LOVE YOU! Got me through my entire Biochemistry degree, you have subjects on everything!
I just love his lecture. Easy to follow and good in explanation of almost everything
Very clear explanation 👏🏼
Thank you so much 😊
Great explanation ✨
13:19 for notes
Your welcome
Do steps 3 and 6 repeat many times so that thin filaments from each side move towards each other and eventually close up the gap and overlap on each other at the end of contraction phase?
Understood CONTRACTION mechanism, thanks Andrey!. Now, could you explain the reverse process, that is, RELEASE of skeletal muscle? Good lecture!
First I learn it from Crash Course, then I go in depth with AK LECTURES :D
Well Explained, and great drawings too!
You ve done a great job with this lecture !
thank you indeed !
Maryam Esmaeili Thanks Maryam!
Thanks so much for being devoted good tutor ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love all your vids.
i really love your lecture. thank you very much. it made my day 🙂
.
you are a godsend, thank you!
I have a question! When you release the ADP+ Pi in step 4, where does it go? Does it bind onto the actin in an ATP shape?
It's been 2 yrs, so I hope you found your answer. If not, do you think it makes its way back to the mitochondria to be reformed into ATP ( through the electron transport chain )? Probably
Ohh wow you make it easier to understand 😍

Thank you so much. This video really helps.
very excellent explanation thank you
Great explanation
Can we say that if we r not training muscle at full range of motion we are not training all sarcomere within that particular muscle
this guy is so good
this was really good. test tomorrow!
thanks AK Lectures!
Very explanatory,u jst made my day thanks a lot
Maryam Audu Awesome! :-) you're welcome!
You made my day, thanks a ton🙏........keep up the great work 👍
Question :-most skeletal muscle is innervated by what type of motor neuron ?alpha, beta, gamma, delta
Thanks AK lecture
absolutely fantastic
Gorgeous explanation.. wat causes hydrolysis if the ATP on the myosin head….
Why do I even pay tuition, you literally teach me everything... thank you!
Why does the sacomere remain contracted in the relaxed state?
thank u so much for the clear explanation ! u saved my ass for my exam :)))))))
what does the dihydropyridine do?
Excellent 😊
thank you very much .you make it soo easy
Thank you so much was so helpful
i love all your videos. very helpful. thank you :)
I like your classes sir .
thank you
Thanks a ton!
Thanks again :)

you are the best
Why skeletal muscles are not always in the state of contraction plz ans it
Amazing...
THANK YOU.
