It seems this has a huge freeboard. What is she like docking in a crosswind? Access to the dock seems difficult from the bow and midships. Is it a case of getting a line on at the back and then motoring forwards?
I have parked her in a crosswind and yes she takes some extra thinking and preparation plus generous use of the motors. Exactly as you say the trick is to get fenders out and an aft line secured tot he dock so you can click the oppposite engine in forward
