    Before my menstrual I try to eat super clean, stretch, and I’ve been exercising at least 4x a week for 30min to help with overall health and my dreadful period pain. Great video! I have this one saved … thank you so much! ❤️

    This video was such a comforting one. I have cyst in both of my overseas ( left ovary cyst 7cm and right ovary cyst is 2.8cm)…I have been in a practice to eat according to my cycles since this cyst appeared. My doctor say it is a complex cyst but thankfully I do not get any cramps at all and my periods have become more regular now so right now in my luteal phase, my focus has been on shedding the uterine lining and this video was perfect for that. I would highly recommend to make a video of at least 40-45 min for this phase which we can do at least 3-4 times a week that can help in shedding the uterine lining.

    So I have been doing yoga according to my hormonal cycle for a few years now, before and after the birth of my son. I got clued up on which poses are good for you in which phase and made y outube playlists which I use. Also, I let my instructor from my weekly classes know when I'm bleeding and she tells me which adjustments i must take. Since then, and in general developing a more healthy, nature based approach to my hormonal cycle, I am luckily not struggling half as much with pains and cramps. PMS, I probably still get, but I don't call it that. It is just that my body is getting ready to shed the possibility of life, which is a goodbye in some form so I see the world in a very raw way, which can be painful and this I carry to the outside. I wish for people who bleed to do away more with ideas of performing every day in the same way and embrace their nature, their cycle, like we in some parts of the world embrace the four seasons. For example, I have recently found a way to show my menstrual cycle in my calendar app so I can plan more according to my hormonal phases. Only human :)

    Thank you 🙏🏻🌺
    I mix a lot of different practices with eating more of specific food such as yin yoga for pms cramps, grounding sound healing, grounding/root stones and sacral and blood stone if I have it, breath work with meditation left hand on heart and right hand on womb area, nurturing affirmations either saying in my head or out loud with “I Love You 💜” as one of them, more dark chocolate, red beets & more root veggies & greens, iron supplement, magnesium citrate (usually take already), recently started taking Chlorophyl and it seems to help provide more oxygen to the blood cells. That’s al I can think for now hehe 😅🥰 and I love your soothing energy, it actually calms me down as I’m starting to go into my pre-menstrual cycle in a day or few days… 🙏🏻💜😌

      Hi Judy, can you guide what are grounding stones or blood stones and how do you ground with them? And are these stones specific to your personality type or they are general applicable for any one?

    • @judyletsthrivecreations9197
      @judyletsthrivecreations9197 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@naturallyfatima5205
      Hi Fatima, I usually operate from an intuitive knowing and usually the stones that are right for me tend to have this energy drawing me to them checking with my body but in general depending if you do meditation and mindful practices, I would say you can always try one of these grounding and protective stones "Black Tourmaline," "Shunghite," as they are not only grounding for the body especially if you are always on the go and not slowing down enough but also protect yourself from negative energies and any EMF exposure that I've noticed can have a negative impact in my womb, immune system, and health in general...
      During meditation, sound healing, or any mindful practices, I place the black stone in front of my root chakra and/or on the back (for sitting) or on top of (if laying down).
      There is also definitely more customized assessment as far as the natural elements of how you are built and how your body works and so forth (which is what I use to help assess what's most specifically nourishing and nurturing for me or others but this is a general suggestion and tends to work for a lot of people in some degree).
      You are welcome to check out some of my sound healing in my TH-cam channel (Judy & Let's Thrive Creations) if that resonates with you of course. And by the way, is Fatima a Brazilian name? ;) if so, guess what, I was born in Brazil 🥰🥰🥰 if not, no worries just thought I would ask 😉

    Love this video and have been doing it for the past few days! How often do you suggest doing it? Would it be beneficial to do it through the entire luteal phase or just a few days leading up to your period?

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Happy to hear you've been enjoying it. With my one-on-one clients, I typically recommend that they aim for two times a week, more often if their schedule permits and it continues to feel supportive. It was designed to be done throughout the luteal phase but each person has to decide what works best for them. Hope that helps!
