Ok check me out...My claim is that Team AJ didn't want to fight Wilder next. Now remember hearing Wilder wanted a 50/50 split? Hearn made it clear Wikder wasn't getting half of the pot and rightfully so. So Wilder says he would take any "percentage" as long as the loser takes the same in a rematch. At this point I thought Hearn would call Wilders bluff and offer him a small percentage. Instead Hearn offer Wilder a "flat fee" and didn't mention anything about Wilders request. After that I knew Team AJ didn't want that fight next. Think if Hearn would have offered Wilder just 10% and then beat Wilder in the first fight. That would set Team AJ to take the majority of the pot in the rematch also. Leaving Wilder with two 10% paydays and 2 loses. AJ would have two 90% paydays and ALL OF THE BELTS. Easy.
