    I'm in phase two and loving it! Great to finally feel some muscles get more activation than they have in the past. Some super sets are hard to navigate in the gym when multiple stations are needed, but I stick as close to the order, sets and reps as possible. The workout plans are precisely laid out, so they are easy to understand and follow. You definitely have to be committed and make time to make it work. He puts a lot of reason and methodology in the exercise choices, order and execution - don't pick and choose and stray off the intended routine then complain of no gains.
    I also have a membership that's very much worth it considering the massive amounts of resources and content I have access to along with new workouts every 6 weeks. Something to look forward to and keep from plateauing or getting bored. XD
    Can't wait till my body starts kicking in gear to catch up and reveal the hard work put in! I entered the transformation contest, so we'll see come April (and every 3 weeks along the way with progress pics & voting)...:D

      how long is one phase... very confusing program this. could u help pls?

      ​@@RohitYadav-em4jf Each phase is a week. 6 phases/weeks, which has last two days 'off', thus adds to 40 days. MI40. :) There's a ton of info, instruction, tips etc. that comes with the program. ALL his programs for the matter. You've gotta go to the source...his main website. This vid doesn't do it justice. It's meant to pull you in...to dig deeper. Show if you have the determination for that physical and mental growth you yearn for. ;P
      I learned a LOT from his content, but even more 'internal strength' and health (mental, emotional vortitude etc.) with his podcasts. (Which I listen to those via his YT here).

      @@RohitYadav-em4jf ​ I'm refering to the MI40 Foundation Program (that has at about two rest days within in each week/phase).
      The link in this video refers to the 'Primer' phase. Something to help 'warm you up' so to speak before getting into the actual program. Mine, that I had from 2017 (the year of this video), had the first 3 days workouts at 60% intensity, 3 days 80% and last day off. Which then suggested 3 days of rest before starting the main program.
      EDIT: IF BY CHANCE you ARE refering to the MAIN program, NOTE the upper left corner of each workout card. It has a day number. For example, you'll see as you go through those workout cards, for Week 1 (phase 1) there is NO Day 5...week 2 has no Day 8 and so on. THAT "Day 5" (5th day into your program) is your REST day, that Day 8 into your program is another etc. :)
      The calendar that comes with it has the days laid out so you can visually see where in the week those rest days fall. But for me, I don't always follow the day (ie monday, tuesday etc) a workout starts on. So I depend on the verbage Day 1, Day 2 etc.

    Hey Ben, can you do a video on injuries such as tennis elbow and golfers elbow and how to cure it? I can't hardly train delts due to my tennis elbow

    what do you suggest for early workouts, fasted or get a meal in as soon as you wake up.

      if u wana loose weight fasted if not eat. if u are lean like 12 %bf u need carbs.

      I'm far from an expert on nutrient timing, but for me I always feel sluggish until I eat something. I actually avoid morning workouts specifically for that reason. Carbs always give me the most energy (not literally like calorie-wise, but they make me feel the best before a workout). If I were to have fat or protein before I would probably still feel sluggish. That's just me though, best thing you can do is see what works for you.
