What helped me was deciding on one way, one technique that I wanted to master, then finding someone who did it in a way that also helped me learn, and if you like their style of teaching and personality that helps too.

I used the large foam puzzle pieces for my floor. I added tap on the seams so no paint can slip through. The spongy texture of the puzzle pieces are great for standing on for long periods of time. I bought the pieces in a home improvement store in the flooring department. If a piece is destroyed you just have to replace that piece only, not the entire “rug”.

I like it but, that one side that's a little empty bothers me. you may have had a better angle looking at it. maybe you couldn't add to it. you must have felt like stopping. it still is a beautiful bloom. flowers aren't perfect in nature.
