"So Close" from "Enchanted" is my favorite but besides the incredible dance moves of Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey, it's Jon McLaughlin voice that makes me emotional everytime. Such an underrated singer.
The dance scenes in Casper, Enchanted and Beauty and the Beast, And Anastasia are absolutely iconic! I swear I never get tired of watching those scenes!!!
Enchanted is the best slow dance, and really shows Robert and Giselle hiding their true feelings for each other, resigned to not being able to be together.
Aw ❤️❤️ The dance in Cinderella is so sweet and beautiful. I love how the crowd backs away giving Kit and Ella more space to dance. The two of them have such a sweet and romantic dance and I get that waltz music stuck in my head on a regular basis
Thank you for including the dance scene from Shakespeare In Love in your Honorable Mentions. Its about time that the film was shown in some kind of positive light.
Oh Julie Andrews was my first crush as Maria Von Trapp and Mary Poppins✨! I even thought if I were a boy, I could tell everyone aloud that I love Julie Andrews and want to marry her… What a pity😂😢💝……
OMG IM SO EARLY FOR THIS ONE LOW KEY PROUD OF THIS ONE ALSO…..the sound of music has a great one when Maria’s teaching Kurt and the father steps in and woos her
The Ballroom scene from Beauty and the Beast (1991) is extremely iconic fun fact: Angela Lansbury did the title song in 1 take and that's the one that made it into the movie
I knew about pretty much every single one of the scenes listed and I had seen a little more than half of them. This was a very enjoyable list and I had a lot of fun watching it as well as swooning over all of the romance involved with these scenes….❤️❤️
I don't know about slow, but the "Anne With an E" dance practice scene. Teenagers weren't allowed to slow-dance then. But Gilbert messed up the steps deliberately to get as close as he could to Anne, and afterwards they were both, well how do you put it politely? All shook up.
I can't argue against any of these dances, but I do have a favorite that isn't mentioned: A Knight's Tale where "Ulrich" teaches the nobles a dance of Lichenstein and begins dancing with Jocelyn to David Bowie.
Oh my gosh!! Peter Pan! I love that movie so much. It’s so beautiful and magical. Truly is one of the most magical movies I have ever seen. The pretty fairy dance is so sweet and beautiful
I agree mostly with your choices but having just seen Red White and Royal Blue, I feel Henry and Alex dancing together at the V & A Museum needs to be added to this list in future please.
Scene in Harry Potter gives me goosebumps. It represents no romantic love but friendship one. Dance of Harry and Hermione is a small sparkle of hope which remained in the darkness which surrounded them, a consolation, truly happy moment...
@@TyeArtisik damn that movie is beautiful, amazing that a guy like me that loves things like transformers godzilla and warhammer also enjoys more beautiful Media like cinderella or downton abbey
Not sure if this counts lol 😆 But when I think of slow dancing in movies, the first thing that comes to mind is Troy and Gabriella in HSM3 dancing on the roof to "Can I have this dance" 🤭
*MY FAVORITES:* True Love's Dance - Enchanted Two Lonely Souls - Casper A Moment of Peace - West Side Story "They're All Looking At You" - Cinderella Tale As Old As Time - Beauty and the Beast A Revealing Dance - Anastasia A Quiet Place & Romance - The Sound of Music A Dangerous Tango - Mr. & Mrs. Smith Dancing in the Street - The Notebook Cheek to Cheek & Beyond - Top Hat
I've always been in awe of that dress in Cheek to Cheek. I've never been a fan of feathers on clothing. It just looks so tacky to me. But watching her dance and the feathers flow and glide around her just looks so incredibly stunning and elegant. I guess the dress was a be pale blue, I wish there were pictures of it in color.
For me, The Sound of Music is the top and I really think it should be higher😢… Till today, though having seen many different movies, the dance between Maria and Captain in The Sound of Music is still the most romantic scene in films I thought. The dreamy chemistry is beyond description, overflowing the screen… My heart is touched, melted and broken… I know The Sound of Music(1965) isn't a love movie, but the chemistry and love between Maria and Captain is unmatched… Whether their daily talk, this dance, or the KISS later… Always make my heart quiver, which is very rare to me even when I was seeing some iconic love movies. The chemistry✨……
Following the second ball, when Mr. Darcy hands Elizabeth into the carriage, his bare hand touching hers, the clench of his hand as he walks away after is one of the most sensual moments in movie history, imho.
I watched hoping any scene from Take the Lead would be included, but I was sadly let down. The whole movie is good, but the 3 way Tango scene was amazing.
I have a soft spot in my heart for dancing scenes, I love them all (from this list my favorites are Sound of Music and Casper). If you make another list can include Richard Gere and Susan Sarandon's scene at the mall in "Shall We Dance? " And if you make a list of tv shows, definitely should include "Anne with an E"'s dance scene at the school (the magic moment between Anne and Gilbert).
I really like can I have this dance from high school musical 3 The cinderella 2015 slow dance is lovely Tale as old as time is of course iconic from the 1993 beauty & the beast True love's dance from enchanted , so close scene and song and slow dance is all so good A revealing dance from Anastasia is good too
The only movies I've seen on this list are Casper, Cinderella 2015, Peter Pan, beauty and the beast and enchanted, the ones from the honorable mentions that I've seen are Harry Potter and Anastasia.
romantic but perfect to propose too as well but multiple cinderella's adaptations have the exact same dance also once upon a dream sequence or the ending of sleeping beauty have that moment
Me and my girlfriend Claire had a slow dance 💃🕺 romantic 💝 moment this weekend we slow danced on the beach 🏖️ to our 2 favorite love ❤️ songs I want to know what love ❤️ is by Foreigner and I Knew I Loved You by Savage Garden and we kissed and made out while we were dancing it was very romantic
I think it’s cute how the 2021 west side story came out the same as CBeebies numberblocks season 5 and for the 100th numberblocks episode that aired in 2021 the show parodied west side story in the episode odd side story while also teaching its target audience odd and even numbers
I love every dance in the list, except the remake of West Side Story. The dance you included is a virtual step by step copy of the dance in the original. The original would have been a better choice. Also, most of the dances are copies of the originals. Jerome Robbins' choreagraphy has to be used in productions of WSS by contract. Originals should be exalted while copiers should be given a " ho hum."
I hated this version of Pride and Prejudice. I love Matthew Macfadyen as an actor - but all the wigs were awful and it just not come close to the the UK TV mini series with Colin Firth. Just my opinion. Also Jennifer Ehle was better in Elizabeth's role too.

Beauty and the beast 1990 and 2017😊❤
Final scene from Dirty Dancing
You can actually feel the love between Robert and Giselle when they're dancing. Such a well done scene all around.
10/10! 👏
The chemistry between Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer💙💙 So charming and sweet it's ethereal. 💕
Couldn't agree more✨…
Enchanted’s slow dance is still so iconic to me especially with the song So Close that goes along with it!!!
I still think about that dance in Enchanted all the time. So moving
I'm so glad The Sound of Music was on this list. Honestly probably my favorite dance scene in a movie, their chemistry is great!
Yesss✨! The chemistry overflows😭…
I clicked because of the thumbnail. That scene in Enchanted is my favorite 👏🏾
So many iconic slow dances from Sound Of Music, Beauty And The Beast, and Top Hat
Aw ❤️❤️ The dance in Cinderella is so sweet and beautiful. I love how the crowd backs away giving Kit and Ella more space to dance. The two of them have such a sweet and romantic dance and I get that waltz music stuck in my head on a regular basis
Man! I love Stardust so much. It’s such a whacky, hilarious, beautiful, romantic movie. Their dance scene is so touching and beautiful
Thank you for including the dance scene from Shakespeare In Love in your Honorable Mentions. Its about time that the film was shown in some kind of positive light.
My favorite is THE SOUND OF MUSIC ❤ Christopher Plummer was my first crush as Mr. Von Trapp ❤ WOW!!
Oh Julie Andrews was my first crush as Maria Von Trapp and Mary Poppins✨! I even thought if I were a boy, I could tell everyone aloud that I love Julie Andrews and want to marry her… What a pity😂😢💝……
If 'So Close' from Enchanted (2007)
isn't the most perfect wedding song,
I don't know what is ❤
Two definite ones I wish made the list were Johnny and Baby time of my life in Dirty Dancing and Ember and Wade from Elemental.
I love Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella and enchanted ❤❤❤
Enchanted was a perfect choice! I would also have included the behind the curtain dance from Strictly Ballroom. Such an underrated movie.
I so agree!!! Strictly ballroom is amazing!!
*I freakin love enchanted.*
OMG IM SO EARLY FOR THIS ONE
LOW KEY PROUD OF THIS ONE
ALSO…..the sound of music has a great one when Maria’s teaching Kurt and the father steps in and woos her
The tango from Scent of a Women is unforgettable.
The Ballroom scene from Beauty and the Beast (1991) is extremely iconic
fun fact: Angela Lansbury did the title song in 1 take and that's the one that made it into the movie
Ginger Rogers' gown during the "Dancing Cheek to Cheek" number was amazing... It was so pretty and flowed perfectly with the dancing. Classic!
I knew about pretty much every single one of the scenes listed and I had seen a little more than half of them. This was a very enjoyable list and I had a lot of fun watching it as well as swooning over all of the romance involved with these scenes….❤️❤️
2003 Peter Pan movie is my all time favourite. The fairy 🧚🏻♀️ dance scene…beautiful lovely and magical. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I don't know about slow, but the "Anne With an E" dance practice scene. Teenagers weren't allowed to slow-dance then. But Gilbert messed up the steps deliberately to get as close as he could to Anne, and afterwards they were both, well how do you put it politely? All shook up.
As soon as I see your videos in my notifications no matter the video, I'm clicking. Love your channel!
My favs are: the slow dance of Cinderella and the Prince, Anastasia and Dimitri, Belle and Beast and Casper and Cat
I can't argue against any of these dances, but I do have a favorite that isn't mentioned: A Knight's Tale where "Ulrich" teaches the nobles a dance of Lichenstein and begins dancing with Jocelyn to David Bowie.
Audrey Hepburn & William Holden in "Sabrina".
"Sabrina, Sabrina, where have you been all my life?"
I adore Sabrina the movie'Right above the garge.'
The bathroom scene from Enola Holmes 2 should be an honourable mention, too. Their banter and the simplicity of the romance and secret love confession
I would add Harrison Ford and Kelly McGiniss in Witness
Dance With Me- Want you miss you love you. Cheyenne and Jane Krakowski are breathtaking
Oh my gosh!! Peter Pan! I love that movie so much. It’s so beautiful and magical. Truly is one of the most magical movies I have ever seen. The pretty fairy dance is so sweet and beautiful
How… how could you overlook Labyrinth? As the World Falls Down is beautiful, haunting and unforgettable.
I simply love this scene and A Postcard to Henry Purcell is my favorite💚
So glad Peter pan 2003 was on here. I love that movie. It's so underrated too
Diana and Steve in the castle
💥 "Wonder Woman" (2017)
Aww, one of the cute ones, Chris Pine is so sweet.
@@jaclynsanture6643 wonder couple
I agree mostly with your choices but having just seen Red White and Royal Blue, I feel Henry and Alex dancing together at the V & A Museum needs to be added to this list in future please.
I absolutely love this list to pieces, but the choices I was most excited to see are definitely Casper, Stardust, and Cinderella 😍
I love the dance scene in enchanted
So beautiful!
Sound of music and enchanted sweet dance scenes. Ahhhhhhhh
Casper has gotta be my all time fav!!!!!!
I thought the "La La Land" planetarium dance would be on the list!
Scene in Harry Potter gives me goosebumps. It represents no romantic love but friendship one. Dance of Harry and Hermione is a small sparkle of hope which remained in the darkness which surrounded them, a consolation, truly happy moment...

Tale As Old As Time - Beauty and the Beast
A Revealing Dance - Anastasia

I've always been in awe of that dress in Cheek to Cheek. I've never been a fan of feathers on clothing. It just looks so tacky to me. But watching her dance and the feathers flow and glide around her just looks so incredibly stunning and elegant. I guess the dress was a be pale blue, I wish there were pictures of it in color.
Loved the video but sad that the dance scene with the candle in Crimson Peak didn't even get a shout out
The dance scene from Whitney Houston's production of Cinderella was swoonworthy
For me, The Sound of Music is the top and I really think it should be higher😢…
Till today, though having seen many different movies, the dance between Maria and Captain in The Sound of Music is still the most romantic scene in films I thought.
The dreamy chemistry is beyond description, overflowing the screen… My heart is touched, melted and broken…

The chemistry✨……
"Picnic" with William Holden and Kim Novak dancing to Moonglow.
These were all amazing but where were Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter??❤️😭❤️
I gave this a like just for Pride and Prejudice :) and of course my fav Disney movie of all time Beauty and the Beast.
Following the second ball, when Mr. Darcy hands Elizabeth into the carriage, his bare hand touching hers, the clench of his hand as he walks away after is one of the most sensual moments in movie history, imho.
Stardust and Enchanted 💖💖💖💖
I watched hoping any scene from Take the Lead would be included, but I was sadly let down. The whole movie is good, but the 3 way Tango scene was amazing.
I have always thought one of the most emotionally charged dance.scene was Shall We Dance from the King and I.
I like the casper one too
You forgot the perhaps perhaps perhaps dance in strictly ballroom
so glad to see the shout out to the Harry Potter dance scene
Apparently Fred Astaire hated Ginger Rogers’ dress. The ostrich feathers kept flying off during their number much to his annoyance.
I really like can I have this dance from high school musical 3
The cinderella 2015 slow dance is lovely
Tale as old as time is of course iconic from the 1993 beauty & the beast
True love's dance from enchanted , so close scene and song and slow dance is all so good
A revealing dance from Anastasia is good too
I would definitely put the slow dance from "Emma" in the list
Lily James as Cinderella say they are looking at you* and while Prince Kit and Cinderella dance and that is beautiful slow dance
beauty and the beast and enchanted 2 Alan Menken musicials awesome
The death of Little Foot's mom in The Land Before Time destroyed me until now 😭😭😭😭
The song is so cool and fun
EMMA 2020 - nuff said!
Missed what is likely the newest and most meaningful one; Alex and Henry’s dance at the Victoria & Albert Museum in Red, White & Royal Blue.
Forgot Gene Kelly and Leslie Caron with "our love is here to stay" from American in Paris.
The only movies I've seen on this list are Casper, Cinderella 2015, Peter Pan, beauty and the beast and enchanted, the ones from the honorable mentions that I've seen are Harry Potter and Anastasia.
You should have included Tom and Lucy in the first Downton Abbey movie.
1. Tangled
2. Beauty and The Beast
3. Anastasia
4. Kim Possible Movie So The Drama
5. Enchanted
6. Maleficent The Mistress of Evil
7. Cinderella
Where’s Ben and mal from descendants 2
romantic but perfect to propose too as well but multiple cinderella's adaptations have the exact same dance also once upon a dream sequence or the ending of sleeping beauty have that moment

There's also the live-action version of The Jungle Book that Mowgli is an adult and he dances with his love-interest, Kitty.
What about the King and I!?
If Fred & Ginger are eligible, how there's not other MGM"s classic musicals in a list with 'Casper'?
I think it’s cute how the 2021 west side story came out the same as CBeebies numberblocks season 5 and for the 100th numberblocks episode that aired in 2021 the show parodied west side story in the episode odd side story while also teaching its target audience odd and even numbers
5:39 pizza pan
La La Land at the Griffith abservatory.
Why not show beauty and beast live action dance scene instead of the animated one, u showed cinderalla live action
Revealing?
MsMojo, why do you talk during the dances?
All the magic is gone!!!
Ummmm, where’s Chayanne and Vanessa Williams dance scene in Dance with me?!
I think your editor accidentally left off "Cry to Me" from Dirty Dancing and the Tango from Scent of a Woman.
I love every dance in the list, except the remake of West Side Story. The dance you included is a virtual step by step copy of the dance in the original. The original would have been a better choice.
