Oh, and the Baritone kind of has the same facial expression as the late Chris Farley from SNL. I mean that as a compliment. I love all of the fun and general great sense of humor that all of the best groups have!
It sounds like variant of the arrangement we sang in the Big Apple Chorus, which I believe is by Roger Payne. There's a whole West Side Story medley that this is part of.
@supersingerevan LoL I knew that. I do not know why I put Joker's Wild. I have been out of the barbershop scene for several years now... about 7 years to be exact . Thank you for the correction.
Noo, Jeff, they have a moment here, and in their videos of Here's To the Losers, Put Your Arms Around Me Honey, Royal Garden Blues, and You've Got A Friend. Swear there's some bromance going on...
As you can probably tell from all of my positive remarks for this video and all over TH-cam for the matter, when it comes to BBS Qs, I love them all. However, I do respectfully think Tim is a little flat most of the time on this one. I am not sure if it truly his voice or the the medium I am using to listen to them. On my iPhone he sounds a lil flat not on my pc. I have all three of VS CDs as well as two of the three of MAX Qs and they all sound great on there without auto tune too! ♥
yes but de'rossa and connelly were together in platinum and well I guess that what makes tim the odd one out who hasnt worked with any of them but they are all are great and work together just as well
No... well... he might've, but I hope not. Well... Max Q did this song at a competition with a different score... a much better score, and since it was at a competition the sound quality of the recording was flawless, and they removed the video.
I love the bass vocalist and Tim but I have to politely agree that I do not love the tenor. No disrespect meant to anyone, because I understand how great they are in their own groups. I just don't like the timbre of his voice in this group.
I could listen to that Fantasy Quartet all day.... ok, time to get back to reality!!!
what a bass.

absolutly fantastic, you've got my subscription
BEST QUARTET EVER!
I can't stop watching this clip. ❤
Damn i love that tag. that was tight. idk what version I like better this one or the one Max Q performed.
Love the way Joe always finishes each song in character, never thrown away
wonderful
I would kill to have jeff oxley's low registers!!
@supersingerevan LoL I knew that. I do not know why I put Joker's Wild. I have been out of the barbershop scene for several years now... about 7 years to be exact . Thank you for the correction.
@Pianogod2 Joe is from Interstate Rivals, not Joker's Wild. And Tim Waurick is from Vocal Spectrum.

@Emergency051 Tim is the tenor in the quartet
@DaKilla27 Jeff and Tony are from Max Q, Joe is from Keepsake, Platinum, Jokers Wild, etc. Don't know the other one, though...nightlife maybe?
@IveBenCrazy No, you would get docked pretty heavily for this song.
Sylvester Stallone on bass....
Dhani Miller Jeff Oxley
Yes. Oops I meant Lead not Tenor. Thanks for the correction though.
wow that bass.
it's chewy, chocolatey, and will make you fatter in the morning.

It was probably loud or something
I think Timmy suits the beard xD And has there ever been a moment where Tony and Jeff haven't had a... Moment?
Can someone reply to me the link of max Q singing this? and I am sure vocal spectrum did it aswell didnt they?
@Jackman24601 Jeff??? Did you mean Joe?
Well, Joe and Tony were in both Keepsake and Platinum together so Joe should be the jealous one. :-)
where can i get this arrangement?!
yes but de'rossa and connelly were together in platinum and well I guess that what makes tim the odd one out who hasnt worked with any of them but they are all are great and work together just as well
besides 1:57 there weren't any places where Tim was really out of tune that I could hear, where did you hear him singing out of tune?
@markiscool07 "should have"
what quartet was the guy on the far right in before max Q?????
Tim warick should of full voice the last note :)
+BHS Bass -True, but we all know Tim’s locked some much fuller A4’s ;)
2:28-2:30
loudest overtone i think I've ever heard from a youtube video... ridiculous
Joe.
Sorry to be uninformed, but what video, and did Jeff leave Max Q?
I think that Jeff Oxley should get his butt back with Max Q and repost the video they had up.
No... well... he might've, but I hope not. Well... Max Q did this song at a competition with a different score... a much better score, and since it was at a competition the sound quality of the recording was flawless, and they removed the video.
Nicki aint got a bass like that
I don't really like joe connelly in this quartet :P. His vibrato doesn't line up very well in my opinion.. the tag still sounds amazing though.

Okay I guess Joe is growing on me. I still love Rich Knight on lead though. Tim seems to be out of tune a lot.
What a horrible way to sing this song. Gawd.
