शीतकालीन सत्र के 10वें दिन गुरुवार को लोकसभा में तीन तलाक से जुड़ा बिल लंबी चर्चा के बाद पास हो गया. मुस्लिम महिला विवाह अधिकार संरक्षण विधेयक 2018 पर चर्चा के दौरान कांग्रेस समेत विपक्षी दलों ने बिल कमेटी के पास भेजने की मांग की थी. बिल पर जब वोटिंग का वक्त आया तो कांग्रेस समेत सपा और दूसरे दलों ने सदन से वॉकआउट कर दिया. बीजेपी सांसदों की पर्याप्त संख्या होने के चलते यह बिल लोकसभा से पास हो गया.

कानून बड़ा है जो महिला को रक्षा का हक देता है.. एक नारी किसी न किसी की बेटी भी होती है और बहन भी... फिर दोहरा मापदंड क्यों.. क्या एक भाई माँ बाप के सेंटीमेंट की कोई कदर नही।
पति तो एक है लेकिन उस नारी के हितैषी अनेक है जो माँ बाप भाई बहिन चाचा मामा..दादा दादी।
इस मामले से मेरे को कोई फर्क नही पड़ता क्यों कि मैं मुस्लिम नही हु.. लेकिन जब सर्फ इंसानियत की नज़र से देखु तो फर्क पड़ता है।
