[16/08, 5:40 PM] Dhan Singh Verma: अटल जी जैसे महान व्यक्तित्व से मुझे भी एक बार मिलने और बात करने का अवसर मिला। उस समय अटल जी एमपी थे। मैं भारतीय अनुवाद परिषद, दिल्ली का आजीवन सदस्य हूँ। एक बार वाजपेयी जी को चीफ गेस्ट के रूप में आमंत्रित किया गया। वे निर्धारित समय पर पहुंच गए लेकिन हमारी संस्था की ओर से केवल 04 ही लोग आए थे।
वाजपेयी को बैठने का अनुरोध किया गया और मैं और मेरा साथी।उनसे वार्तालाप करने लगे।
15-20 मिनट बाद जब सभी आ गए तो कार्रवाई शुरू हुई। वाजपेयी जी ने पहले तो कुछ नहीं।बोला था लेकिन अपने संबोधन के दौरान उन्होंने इसे हास्य में प्रकट कर ही दिया कि कितना अजीब है कि होस्ट गायब रहते हैं और गेस्ट समय पर पहुंच जाते हैं।
सच में, महान व्यक्तित्व के धनी थे अटल जी। उनको नमन।
