At Jones avenue station, looks like a counter flow...but the one further from the corner when going to Fuente Osmrna, which is the station near the entrance.of Abellana School and Cebu Normal Univ is the Bus STOP for Bus going to Fuente Osmena. While the station near the corner of Jones Ave and P.del Rosario St. is the Bus STOP for Buses coming fromn Fuente Osmena.
I heard that open air mini buses, like the ones used going to Carcar and Sibonga will be used to ply the three kilometer stretch of the BRT route. How true?
nkadistract ang mga linya sa kuryente...need more skyways to ease traffic...why ?..cebu city have narrow roads...it cant be widen so Skyways are the best option
Actually mono rail is the best option. But it takes time to get approved and always Manila projects gets priority over other regions. Maybe we need to change how this government system works.

@@edmontoncouple1562Nice suggestion. But government from the World Bank is specific for BRT. Funds cannot be diverted to finish a hospital. Basin ma ombudsman suspension nasab ang mayor.😂
@@NurseTalking that's because they applied it for that if they applied it to finish the hospital then it will help a lot of people than that project. 23B no ped crosswalk, no proper shelter only 3 or 4 stations. imagine every time the bus stops traffic stops too for people to cross.

No wonder you have this kind of skewed and regressive opinion since DDS aren’t exactly known for their intellectual capabilities. First of all, flyovers are ugly and depressing to have around since they block sunlight and are just terrible to look at-see Manila, for example, na tinabunan yung bustling key areas na super ganda noon. ngayon, parang dystopian na. with all the flyovers they have which you’re trying so hard to imitate e ni hindi man lang na-address yung traffic congestion sa capital. That’s because studies show na adding more lanes actually worsens traffic, dahil mas na-eengganyo yung mga tao na bumili ng cars. More cars mean, surprise, surprise-more intense traffic! Your argument states na dili needed ang BRT. although I do agree na this BRT project is pangwarta ra and doesn’t really serve its purpose (3km pa lang? What a joke), I still think it’s a start for finding a solution sa worsening traffic sa Cebu. You seriously don’t think we can solve traffic with only private vehicles running around and not a single mass transit option for the people, do you? Take note: gamay ra kaayo ang naay kaugalingong cars, pero sila yung pinakapriority (reason kung grabe ka-traffic, by the way), instead of the commuting citizens who are the MAJORITY. There’s a reason why cities all across the globe are demolishing car-centric infrastructures and prioritizing cities built for the people. Wow so amazing. Nindot e suroy diha.
Yes, it's amazing. Come and visit Cebu on January during the Sinulog festival.
Counter flow😮?

No its not an open air mini buses...it's a closed type and airconditioned and bigger to the mini aircon buses that replaced the open air jeepneys.
samoka anang Capitol woi. I re route na lang na sa Maxilom Avenue ayaw na lang nas Escario. sa next package para ma paspas ug mas dako dan sa Mango
going to Mango Ave., will also be very good. But then, thw roads are very narrow...can create more traffic.
Why you need fancy silver leaf?...it will get damaged numerously by truck with high heights..
It's for BRT
They think it would very unique and beautiful.
For aesthetic purposes and will boost tourism as you know cebu i known for tourist spot
To boost the budget we are rich country.
@Sugbofood If we are a rich country, why are we even using BRT, why not just go with tram, or better yet, train?
I don’t get why they argue that it blocks the site of the Capitol when they’re moving it to Balamban🤦♂️
I think, even if they moved to Balamban, the building is going to become a heritage site...

the station are very near each other...might as well walk
U are right...funds for this project cannot be diverted.
Thanks...
what's the big deal?
It's that government project takes so much time to be implemented. This BRT was conceptualize more than 20 years ago...
the local government is so dumb for dismantling the capitol station just for the sake of the view
Thanks for your personal opinion.
gipang angu2x man tawn taga goberno , samot2x lang na sa ka traffic ang brt, samut ka gamay sa karsada.

Honestly, this is better off converted into a tram line instead
