Tinnitus is the condition in which a person hears sounds like ringing, clicking, hissing, roaring, or buzzing in the ear when no external noise is present. It can occur in both ears or may be in one. The sound can range from soft to very loud and low pitched to high pitched. In severe conditions, people might hear these sounds while sleeping and working. This condition can be very disturbing and requires proper treatment.

Try homeopathic through some MBBS doctor.
I never said it is non treatable what I said there is no known treatment for tinnitus in the world so far , medical treatment and still search is continued but no success so far
But Allah Pak can do anything and yes Everyone should must try for treatment but always choose the one with no side effects at all

Internet is full of information but there is no any cure so far even in Uk i was been to many Neuro Surgeons Otolaryngologist k pass gaya but no any benefit at all but bohat loug kehtay hain Ginkgo biloba kafi better hai jo k herbal medicine hai but mene use nahi ki

I had same problem. I have been putting oil drops for a long time in my ears until the noise went completely. Sometimes it happens with dryness. Worth a try.

@Asma Jami Salaam sister, I used olive oil spray called, EAROL, I got it from the local chemist. I used it once a day for 2 weeks, then once a week, finished 2 sprays, I use to massage around and on my ears with normal olive oil, result started showing in 2 weeks,4 years ago. I still use now and then so my ears don't get dry. I hope this makes you better too. 🤲

My daughter has this problem, she complained after 4 to 5 years that she listens the vissel sound when she is alone or no voice around..she is also suffering from smell loss from past 5 years..we visited to a consultant, took the prescribed medicine but still no improvement found. Dr, what if this sound is followed by vertigo too? I have got all my tests done along with MRI but all well. Consulted ENT specialist as well as neurologist but no identification. What else could be done?
Vertigo and Tinnitus simultaneously occur in multiple patholoies. MRI just rule out some mass
