Kapotnia: urban life pinched between production areas

Kapotnia is the most depressive Moscow's region with many environmental problems. Petroleum plant, pollutions, weak transport communications... Region of petroleum engineers is surrounded by production area and often covered with a dense smog. In addition, there are sad sceneries with plants, CHPP, panel housing...
But it definitely has a potential thanks to Moscow-river!
