As always, really great breakdowns! I’ve found that since I bought these huge, nice mats for my gym, my level of fear for going upside down has dropped significantly. I think once I’m super comfortable on the mats, I’ll be more confident on solid ground. 😀

Great. And yup, external factors such as space, floor temperature DO matter greatly!

Здорово еслиб вечером на погулке видел множество людей занимающихся чем-то подобным .Общение , разминка , развитие ловкости,подвижности и всё это непринуждённо,весело, играючи...❤

@@NilTeisner Yes, I´m approaching 50 and I´m still irritated that playgrounds are only for children. Is there any solid reason why people should stop trying out their possibilities?

@@halloola3636 For sure not! :) but thankfully great practices such as acrobatics or parkour exist where adults get to re-discover play!

@NilTeisner And there´s dancing and music, too. One life is way too short to explore all our possibilites...

yes I would like more videos like this one! It is a very good format, neither too long nor too short, which allows to cover a subject, to review the basics. In addition it really makes you want to experiment for yourself and look for new variations, new flavors on these tasty little acrobatics. Thank you very much 🙏

Really good video, especially enjoyed the free flow which you make look graceful and dancing. Lots of material to consider, i think I'll be watching this one a few times and making notes

I went through this workout with you today. I would add a wrists warm up at the beginning. I liked the Slinky. Finding the flow should be a priority. The Arm Swipe didn't work out well for me since I put all the furniture in the house together with my feet 💪😂
