I'm Italian and already love Big Luciano, but they was three best opera tenor in the world at that time, cause this the concert is called three tenors, a big event for grew the interest in opera, i was young in 94 and i remember every news reporting that, sort of commercial, the best singer n the best song... Amazing reaction, both happy and interested

Lads listen to them singing My Way from this concert too. Frank Sinatra himself is in the front row and they're paying Homage to him by singing it. Rarely have I seen such mutual love and respect. It's definitely worth watching and hearing, as is them all singing Nessun Dorma together !!

Luciano Pavarotti starts it off, then Placido Domingo sings, then Jose Carreras completes the ensemble. I don't think we will ever see or hear anything like this for decades to come

Delighted for your 42,000+ Reactors and you deserve it and I subscribed long ago but, in truth, this was my least favourite of all your reactions because it was never going to fit in with your customary pauses to comment and advertise.
This was a masterpiece of 3 the three greatest Tenors in the World but their outstanding mastery HAS to be listened to without a pause or break and you managed to break that up into FIVE or SIX segments losing all flow, rhythm, continuity and humour. Play it again without pausing for YOUR enjoyment and you will see, my friends..

When I was about 13 I was pretty much in love with Pavarotti and planned on marrying him when I turned 18...lol. It was his composure, his stature, his skills that made me swoon. I was a classically trained violinist and opera are tightly knitted to classical music and I loved it (and still do). I collected vinyl and still love to hear them and Pavarotti alone on vinyl. It's a completely different sold. It makes you feel like you're hearing them live.
Listen to Di Quella Pira, choose between Corelli, Pavarotti and Giacomo Lauri-Volpi, you'll be amazed at the high notes!

It's Italian, and it's pronounced O solay mee-o. From right to left it's Luciano Pavarotti, Jose Carerras, and Placido Domingo. Technicaly Domingo is the better voice, and he can also sing baritone. See if you can find his version of Granada, it's epic.
