Yes...I was upset about the "nutties" always tear me apart for me saying its a waste of time to add the stupid ground wires...here is an example of why they are not needed...this game worked fine in this man's house with JUST the factory mods! This helps explain the thumbs down---I wish they simply stopped watching my videos completely, and concentrated on watching the new episodes of My Little Pony!
That may have gotten misunderstood...not the same exact game but the same title. That and this were the only two Excaliburs I have ever owned at TNT. I have seen a couple out there at shows though.
It sold? I wonder if they bought it as is. I actually picked up one of these this summer. Getting the boards refurbished. Kinda curious how much mine might be worth.
Woww ,for a Gottlieb!! I worked for Gilchrist in Canada when the last Gottlieb's came out. They were 2 grand Canadian, brand new they also had 3 boxes of parts glued to the bottom. It was around 1999,was maybe a base ball pin.
Actually Mark, I have to tell you something! WIth Gilchrist, Those parts were glued into the bottom to beat Customs. Typically, for many, many, many years, companies will put parts orders inside boxes and put them inside machines being shipped over the border--so no duty had to be paid! There was generally plenty of room inside these machines to stuff a bunch of new supplies, parts, PCB's, etc!
I moved to Ohio, I inherited a self storage business and expanded it. I saw that as my future and kept quiet about being a tech because I was in such demand in Canada. I think I have finally severed ties there and maybe, I should get back in part time. I did it from 1989 and am mostly self taught. Maybe I should partner with you for field service or a shop here?
There are pinball places in Ohio now...the interest seems to be growing...at least in public play. Some people do part time work on games after their regular job at a place they may already hang out at, in exchange for free drinks, etc. I am not going to expand (except maybe in the waist)...would rather someone buy me out!
I know, I moved here in 2010 and kept quiet. I never told anyone I did this. So do you know Tom Gilchrist? Was funny, he would sell a shopped game as something we spent maybe an hour on. Then again used games went for about a grand. We put them in bars and they lived an extremely hard life. People were lined up to play. They would do 300 a week.
It was a pretty random lucky that he found one here in Sweden, considering they are pretty rare even in the US, i know of another one in Finland, although its in parts atm.
Probably a good thing it won't stay up. Someone will notice you have a time machine .... it's copyrighted last year :P so this machine's been sitting there with the video since 2017? oh ... and we all make the check mistake but not in march :)
The Gottlieb machines from this era had really good music.
Yes...crisp and clear and catchy!
Todd, you scared the crap out of me @ 3:27 - lol.

Dang! That Curt dug deep into the insult pile. Next time Todd your reply should be "run out in the road while I start the car Curt!".
My Curt just let loose!
Gabrielle would like to see a video where everyone is REALLY NICE to Todd!
Uh-Oh...I don;t think that will happen!

Did you know old Tommy? I worked for him 11 years. I often wondered how much Cocaine would fit in a shipment of coin op pool tables.

A friend have one of these, really fun game actually, and good sounds too.
it is addicting...Curt and Frank played this for another hour!

Todd likes his food. My son would call you Daddy Pig from the Peppa Pig cartoons he loves to watch..
That cabinet would look awesome instead of that blue paint it Black with Excalibur in Red with Silver T molding
That's actually an interesting idea!
