I’ve had my 1990 D 150 33 years and it doesn’t have a dent in it. It’s clean as it get however I did repaint it. Satin black. I’m keeping it till I die so I’m not worried about it not being original paint besides, it looks great. I’m 63 had it more than half my life. Guess I should do a video. 🤘
do it! thank you for the feedback.
Love the two tone blue. Nice find!!
Thanks!
What a sweet truck
It is a unit. Loved it
Loce those trucks i have an 86 d150 royal se
I had a 87 w250 that looked just like this, except when I got it it was wrecked so I had a front clip from a 79 d100 on it. It looked kind of offkey but it sure turned a lot of heads.
That is Awesome! I really love the older front ends. Keeping an eye out for the old school RamCharger.
Nice looking truck
Lump of coal turned into a diamond
This is the closest I can find to my truck, a 1985 Royal se prospector long bed d250, but the colors are inverted on mine. I haven't found any others with the blues inverted like mine. Mine is beat to hell though, only one body panel is undented, rust all over, holes, you name it.
Pretty color combos . Must of been the Royal SE options.
@@southernrevivalautomotive Guess so, no clue why mine has the blues switched, but I like it anyways
I had a 89 ramcharger with this combo. Light silver in center and dark blue on top and bottom...was a gorgeous 4x4
Nice truck
thank you
I thought you were going to go Kool-Aid man through the bricks 🧱🧱🧱... oh yeah!!!
The only thing that stopped it was the low ground by the concrete! Sketchy for sure
Great looking old truck are you doing any follow up videos on it?
Unfortunately no
Pretty decent ol truck.
Absolutely. Really liked the 2 tone and the short bed
Just curious, how many hoses blew right off? My D150 sat for the most part several years. At this point, I'm replacing all the hoses. It also looks like someone removed all the smog crap.
none
My mother had an ‘83 just like this…same color scheme and all, even the same aftermarket rims…i dont think it was a prospector though
She had great taste. A sweet color combo, beats anything these days.
Engine size is stamped on the side of the block, right below exhaust manifold. Drivers side
Good to know. If another comes up that needs saving. Will make sure to look for it and point that out. Thank you!
what is the numbers on the dash (7168) for with Mph underneath it?
I don’t know why but mine has a V8 badge on the front fender and I can’t seem to find any other ones that have the V8 Engine badge
22:49 Is that a Ford in your garage? When the repair is over, it will be interesting to look at this Monster! )
Hoping to have that Yellow truck done soon!!!
We do have a video series on the Vineyard Gold 75’ F100. Which is 100% original
1st gens dont have the dash problems like 2nd gens do
Pretty sure it’s because the dash isn’t plastic
I just crack jokes at dodge dashs
@@Zestypanda 1st gen dash is plastic
selling?
It is getting restored
I'm bettin its got more then 93k miles on it. I have the same year Prospector and I can tell you for certain its got 300k on the original motor.
Likely. Never know. Some are better taken care of than others. Mostly look for rust free and straight body’s.
