Great content Luke! Really enjoyed a few videos you have put out. Great information and explanation as why certain factors are important.
Have you noticed when using Picki the commute time is ranked really highly with an average of an 11 minute commute. With such a factually wrong estimate on commute times would that affect the overall score of some Brisbane suburbs?
As a contributing factor to some Logan suburbs for example taking an hour to get to work
