Nice ship... have never been on her, we have sailed twice on Disney Wonder which parks on the other side. Alaska is such a nice trip.. hopefully you have Sitka as a stop the Bear Sanctuary is cheap to go in and you can get some amazing photos of bears. Ohh i didnt read.. your heading to Hawaii! nice! we are doing that on Royal Caribbean 8 day or 9 day. few island stops. One gangway is for Crew the other is passengers. Also Canada place has a big warehouse to store supplies for the ships. Disembarking happens when Customs clears the ship usually starts around 8:30am
We’re doing a 16 day Hawaiian cruise with 4 islands. As I write this we are in Maui. Never been to Hawaii before and I’m enjoying it immensely. We do have Sitka.
@@Cruiseview never been on a Princess ship yet. We tend to stick to ships with lots of activities for kids/family. But from the outside the ship looked good and well kept.
@@Cruiseview The weather looks great.. i was watching a live view of Waikiki yesterday as we are going next April. But we are flying.. spending a few days then cruising from Honolulu.
That's a great way to do the cruise and spend more time on the islands. I'm retired, on my own and also love being out in the open sea so I didn't mind spending the extra time at sea. It's relaxing for me. I can see though that when you're younger, still working and with kids you want to spend as much time as possible at your destination. My kids with their own children think the same way.

If you’ve never been on the Ruby, I have some videos showing the Ruby on my last cruise to the Southern Caribbean.

Is it worth buying a Thermal Spa Package on this ship? I am on it in a couple of months.
I’ve never tried it but I have spoken to people who have and loved it.
Ships dock,they don’t PARK!
Bad choice of words on my part. Thanks.

How so?
@@Cruiseview I thought I was going to see a documentary on the Vancouver Cruise port and how it was run. Not someone waiting to get on their ship.
