Also, she's an arrogant villain, her and like 95% of the monster association were arrogant and thought they were stronger than everyone else, Garou does the same, he's strong but he looks down on everyone, even when we see they are way stronger. Just to point out that the Garou that fought bang was asleep while the Garou that fought Plat S was awake, and awake Garou is way stronger than when he is asleep (Garou mentions it in the fight against Darkshine)
Sleeping Monster Garou was using the Awakening Breath, Exploding Heart Release Fist, and Roaring Aura Sky-Ripping Fist. These techniques all massively increase base stats. So in terms of AP and speed, he IS using his body's absolute best at the time.

Gouketsu is actually insane. Tanking dragon level attacks without budging, is a pretty unheard of feat in the series, then on top of that martial arts in OPM can turn an A class like Garou into someone who can easily defeat an S class Tank Top Master. Gouketsu being one of the best martial artists, being just under bang and bomb, so that amp should be insane for him. I think it’s enough to get him into S
Hey, weird question, how do you feel about Transformed Bug God vs Base Carnage Kabuto? Base Metal Bat lasted three minutes against Base Kabuto, but Bug God was a tough fight for a stronger version of the Garou who low-diffed Pumped Up Metal Bat. He really shouldn’t even be close. Garou after defeating Platinum S is just a way better version of Plat. He’s stronger, faster, and infinitely more skilled, and all he could do is knock a few chips off Sage’s shell. It’s pretty blatant it’s not close

the argument of sage > orochi because saitama beat orochi and sage is summoned to take down saitama isn't a good one, since god should also be aware of boros vs saitama, and sage is definitely not stronger than boros. sage also has no scaling that puts him above orochi, his speed is a complete joke, his strong ap calc is below orochi sucking the core of earth. and the whole sacrifice argument is also weird, since what's being sacrificed isn't really orochi, it's the paste of what was left of him after saitama pulverized him, so it's hard to say if that affected the ritual or not
We don’t know if God witnessed Saitama vs Boros, as far as we know he never reached out to Boros so it’s unlikely he was watching those events. He doesn’t watch everything that happens on earth

FP Orochi upscales from suppressed Orochi, who upscales from Psykos, who upscales from Gyoro Gyoro, who upscales from the B+ cadres like EC and Rover, who upscale from Bang and Bomb, who together should be relative to Monster Garou and Platinum S, the latter of which is likely not more than a 1-shot tier below Sage centipede (took a sage-relative Garou 2 hits, not one to put down Sperm) also should establish Orochi as possibly better than Sage and Ocean. I'm also not convinced that God should be able to accurately pinpoint how strong Orochi and Saitama are during their fight. His speed (blitzing Awakened cockroach, who is lightspeed with a horn attack that travelled way more than AC himself would have had to move to dodge) also unironically should put Orochi's speed at near Flashy's or Platinum's, which many people don't seem to realize, and this is way better than Sage's feats. Also, Orochi's calcs are miles more impressive than even the serious punch that eviscerated EOW (which is only moon level), so weirdly enough, Orochi might even be one-shotting Sage and EOW. ALSO also, Orochi has crazy skill and battle IQ advantages over sage and EOW, as well as the DC to take them down without much effort. Honestly, I'm starting to think Orochi is secretly the strongest character in OPM after only Tats, Psyrochi, 10s Genos, Boros, the very latest versions of Monster Garou and the god-tiers. Absolute GOAT.
I like the B tier here. Golden S is arguably as strong or weaker than Elder Centipede. Homeless Emperor could be equal or stronger than Golden S. Hellfire flame & Gale wind speed & skill should make them much stronger than all the monsters below B tier. Except for Phoenix-Man Dragon Form, he should be in the B+ tier.
I definitely feel like Golden S is deserving of more credit than he's being given here. I'm not convinced either of the Monster Ninjas deserve to be on on the same level as he is considering speed is the only stat the can compete against him in, and it would take a pretty strong argument to suggest they are so much faster than Golden to make up the difference in AP, and durability; especially given Golden S isn't lacking in speed. Golden was on even footing in speed with Amped Atomic Samurai, which also makes him fast enough to speedblitz Homeless Emperor. Platinum was also able to very casually outperform both Monster Ninjas in speed during his own fight with Flashy later on. Even if Golden is theoretically a whole tier behind Platinum in speed he should still scale at, or above the Ninjas since Flashy couldve blitzed either one of them easily at any point
The ninjas were capable of actually drawing blood from Flash, pretty notable seeing as he did take blows from Platinum S. On that note I think it’s fair to say they definitely do compete with Golden S in terms of power, speed, and durability. They are also significantly more skilled in combat. Which you give the slight edge is up to you but unless you think Golden S can one shot Flash or sometbing then they should be around the same level
@Professor_Fiction While I think it's fair to make the argument that the Ninjas can scale in terms of AP due to hurting Flash, I definitely don't see any argument to be made for their durability considering they have almost no feats to speak of in that regard. They shouldn't scale directly to Flash's durability because he's much stronger than either of the two individually. Can you genuinely see either of these two replicating Goldens' durability feats? Because I can't. VFU's acid was an instakill to the swordsmasters, whereas Golden could literally take a bath in the stuff. Golden was also able to stop Atomic Samurai's initial slash from the Sun Blade with just his forearm, which leads me to believe he could more than likely no-sell the regular Atomic Slash. If either of the Ninjas tried to replicate that with even a regular Atomic Slash, I'm about 90% sure they'd get diced into pieces. Also I think the difference in skill would be minimal. As I recall a fair amount of emphasis is placed on the fact that the Ninjas aren't well acclimated to their monster forms and can't utilize their Ninja skills while in monster form. Flash taunts them about it and the two pretty much outright say thay they are relying purely on raw speed, and power by the end of the fight. Considering the duo won't be able to scratch Golden in their human forms, I wouldn't bank on skill playing too much of a role.
I like to think psychics a good matchup for other psychics types in OPM. Kinda like ghost types in Pokémon. I mean how do you explain Pykos staving off tatsumaki, but then losing to fubuki later on?
When Flashy Flash fought Garou & Platinum S, he was both nerfed & unarmed. So a peek Flashy Flash would be as strong or stronger than Platinum S. And since Platinum S is stronger than Elder Centipede, then that means Flashy Flash is way stronger than Silver Fang using everything.

Then he lost his sword “his main weapon” that more of his confidence and making him less effective. And fighting both Garou & Platinum S made things worse. So Flashy Flash was super nerfed.
Overgrown Rover is arguably, stronger than Gyoro Gyoro. Because when Psykos was calling out for Overgrown Rover’s help when she was getting attacked by Tatsumaki. She should also be aware that Tatsumaki killed Gyoro Gyoro and yet Psykos thinks Overgrown Rover should be able to at least fight Tatsumaki. That means Overgrown Rover is stronger than Gyoro Gyoro.

I think you overestimated Gyuro Gyuro and Goketsu. Especially Goketsu who has no feats and just one statement. And you underestimated Golden S. I would personally rank both Goketsu and Gyuro Gyuro down to B tear and upgrade Golden S to B+. Or at the very least Goketsu and Golden S should be on the same tear... Lastly I would place Platinum S above Psykos. Otherwise nice tear list man!

Platinum S didn’t made Garou grow strong enough to fight Sage Centipede. Garou & Platinum S became faster after Flashy Flash was defeated. Meaning when the fight became a 1v1, Garou & Platinum S were more focus on each other, so they became faster. There were better statements of Monster Garou becoming stronger when Garou & Metal Bat were fighting Sage Centipede.
Psykos being crazy strong makes sense. Psykos can no diff Gyoro Gyoro. Gyoro Gyoro is stronger than Elder Centipede. Elder Centipede is stated to be stronger than Silver Fang using everything he has. Psykos is clearly crazy strong.
For the B+ and B tier. In my opinion I would have Gouketsu and Golden S switch places. And when it comes to the statement. Gyoro Gyoro was only surprise Gouketsu was defeated was not because of the reason you said, it was because Gyoro Gyoro already scouted the aura and knew there weren’t any S class hero’s around him. So Gyoro Gyoro was actually surprised that a hero who isn’t s class level in that area(which was Saitama) defeated him. And plus Gyoro Gyoro didn’t really think Gouketsu was unbeatable because prior to him leaving the martial arts arena Gyoro Gyoro told him that if a group of s class hero’s were to come to his area they would give him a lot of trouble. And for Gouketsu saying Gyoro Gyoro is underestimating him, and telling everyone how strong he is, no one is denying that he’s strong but because he didn’t get to show all of those potential feats and powers because he was already killed by Saitama, it’s more speculation at that point. And for Golden S I don’t think there should be a discussion that he’s above Gouketsu. Only just saying he’s above Darkshine level of power is lowballing him a crap ton.

Between Golden man and Platinum man for Strength. Platinum Suit's speed is insanely fast, if platinum's speed is equal to strength then his leaping power darting fast, There is physical strength for bodyweight katas, which the person in question does powerful moves(like all acrobat moves or circus performers do, some of them like handstand as one example), explosive power for muscle is like a sudden jump or like a spring, or bounding on the floor, there is also Force=mass and acceleration like a dot being launched. So Platinum guy is slimer yet muscle so he is decently heavy, very strong and fast, and best of all has immense ki. Golden guy has the properties of gold, heavier, matching darkshine's height, and bulky, we know that Platinum is quicker than 1/10,000's of a second and his tensile strength is insane.

Point being the feats garou peforms in the 1v1v1 fight enormously outsclae all his previous feats.(aka he got stronger at some point)

I haven’t read the chapter in a bit so I could be misremembering but I don’t remember it being stated how much effort Saitama put into fight with Orochi. For all we know Saitama used 1% of his power and the scaling goes like Saitama 1%
PsykosOrochi is miles stronger than Orochi brother, if Tatsumaki can beat up PsykosOrochi, Tatsumaki can easily take out Orochi as well. Saitama wasn't even serious during the fight with Orochi that's why his heart survived and merged with Psykos and became even stronger, even God gave them powers to be even stronger

Honestly, I'm starting to think Orochi is secretly the strongest character in OPM after only Tats, Psyrochi, 10s Genos, Boros, the very latest versions of Monster Garou and the god-tiers. Absolute GOAT.
I like the B tier here.
Golden S is arguably as strong or weaker than Elder Centipede.
Homeless Emperor could be equal or stronger than Golden S.
Hellfire flame & Gale wind speed & skill should make them much stronger than all the monsters below B tier.
Except for Phoenix-Man Dragon Form, he should be in the B+ tier.

I definitely feel like Golden S is deserving of more credit than he's being given here. I'm not convinced either of the Monster Ninjas deserve to be on on the same level as he is considering speed is the only stat the can compete against him in, and it would take a pretty strong argument to suggest they are so much faster than Golden to make up the difference in AP, and durability; especially given Golden S isn't lacking in speed. Golden was on even footing in speed with Amped Atomic Samurai, which also makes him fast enough to speedblitz Homeless Emperor. Platinum was also able to very casually outperform both Monster Ninjas in speed during his own fight with Flashy later on. Even if Golden is theoretically a whole tier behind Platinum in speed he should still scale at, or above the Ninjas since Flashy couldve blitzed either one of them easily at any point
The ninjas were capable of actually drawing blood from Flash, pretty notable seeing as he did take blows from Platinum S. On that note I think it’s fair to say they definitely do compete with Golden S in terms of power, speed, and durability. They are also significantly more skilled in combat. Which you give the slight edge is up to you but unless you think Golden S can one shot Flash or sometbing then they should be around the same level
@Professor_Fiction While I think it's fair to make the argument that the Ninjas can scale in terms of AP due to hurting Flash, I definitely don't see any argument to be made for their durability considering they have almost no feats to speak of in that regard. They shouldn't scale directly to Flash's durability because he's much stronger than either of the two individually. Can you genuinely see either of these two replicating Goldens' durability feats? Because I can't. VFU's acid was an instakill to the swordsmasters, whereas Golden could literally take a bath in the stuff. Golden was also able to stop Atomic Samurai's initial slash from the Sun Blade with just his forearm, which leads me to believe he could more than likely no-sell the regular Atomic Slash. If either of the Ninjas tried to replicate that with even a regular Atomic Slash, I'm about 90% sure they'd get diced into pieces.
Also I think the difference in skill would be minimal. As I recall a fair amount of emphasis is placed on the fact that the Ninjas aren't well acclimated to their monster forms and can't utilize their Ninja skills while in monster form. Flash taunts them about it and the two pretty much outright say thay they are relying purely on raw speed, and power by the end of the fight. Considering the duo won't be able to scratch Golden in their human forms, I wouldn't bank on skill playing too much of a role.

I like to think psychics a good matchup for other psychics types in OPM. Kinda like ghost types in Pokémon. I mean how do you explain Pykos staving off tatsumaki, but then losing to fubuki later on?

Psykos at that point was giga weakened and arguably the effects of the elixir she took wore off
When Flashy Flash fought Garou & Platinum S, he was both nerfed & unarmed.
So a peek Flashy Flash would be as strong or stronger than Platinum S.
And since Platinum S is stronger than Elder Centipede, then that means Flashy Flash is way stronger than Silver Fang using everything.
If you think flash was evenly matched with Platinum S I would’ve just put Platinum S much lower. It doesn’t make flash stronger

Because Flashy Flash lost a lot of his confidence after meeting two God Tier characters “Saitama & Blast”.
Then he lost his sword “his main weapon” that more of his confidence and making him less effective.
And fighting both Garou & Platinum S made things worse. So Flashy Flash was super nerfed.
Overgrown Rover is arguably, stronger than Gyoro Gyoro.
Because when Psykos was calling out for Overgrown Rover’s help when she was getting attacked by Tatsumaki. She should also be aware that Tatsumaki killed Gyoro Gyoro and yet Psykos thinks Overgrown Rover should be able to at least fight Tatsumaki.
That means Overgrown Rover is stronger than Gyoro Gyoro.

I think you overestimated Gyuro Gyuro and Goketsu. Especially Goketsu who has no feats and just one statement. And you underestimated Golden S. I would personally rank both Goketsu and Gyuro Gyuro down to B tear and upgrade Golden S to B+. Or at the very least Goketsu and Golden S should be on the same tear...
Lastly I would place Platinum S above Psykos. Otherwise nice tear list man!

Platinum S didn’t made Garou grow strong enough to fight Sage Centipede.
Garou & Platinum S became faster after Flashy Flash was defeated. Meaning when the fight became a 1v1, Garou & Platinum S were more focus on each other, so they became faster.
There were better statements of Monster Garou becoming stronger when Garou & Metal Bat were fighting Sage Centipede.

For the B+ and B tier. In my opinion I would have Gouketsu and Golden S switch places. And when it comes to the statement. Gyoro Gyoro was only surprise Gouketsu was defeated was not because of the reason you said, it was because Gyoro Gyoro already scouted the aura and knew there weren’t any S class hero’s around him. So Gyoro Gyoro was actually surprised that a hero who isn’t s class level in that area(which was Saitama) defeated him. And plus Gyoro Gyoro didn’t really think Gouketsu was unbeatable because prior to him leaving the martial arts arena Gyoro Gyoro told him that if a group of s class hero’s were to come to his area they would give him a lot of trouble. And for Gouketsu saying Gyoro Gyoro is underestimating him, and telling everyone how strong he is, no one is denying that he’s strong but because he didn’t get to show all of those potential feats and powers because he was already killed by Saitama, it’s more speculation at that point. And for Golden S I don’t think there should be a discussion that he’s above Gouketsu. Only just saying he’s above Darkshine level of power is lowballing him a crap ton.

1)In regards to sage centipede,i feel like using the god scaling is weird,since we dont know wether god told sage the truth,he also sent psyrochi to kill saitama,so his motives are a bit unclear,does god know about boros?It seems to nebulous to scale
2)Orochi should be a tier above psykos,even when she sees his disembodied dying heart,she basically shits herself at how strong he is,and how hes always been supressed,and she already viewed him as being an unstoppable monster

There is physical strength for bodyweight katas, which the person in question does powerful moves(like all acrobat moves or circus performers do, some of them like handstand as one example), explosive power for muscle is like a sudden jump or like a spring, or bounding on the floor, there is also Force=mass and acceleration like a dot being launched.
So Platinum guy is slimer yet muscle so he is decently heavy, very strong and fast, and best of all has immense ki.
Golden guy has the properties of gold, heavier, matching darkshine's height, and bulky, we know that Platinum is quicker than 1/10,000's of a second and his tensile strength is insane.
Garou definitely got massively stronger post bang fight. Bombs reaction says it all.

@@Professor_Fiction well even his hellfire motion wave cannot feat scales massively below his constellation feats so he could have gotten stronger after platinums initial attack aswell. Point being the feats garou peforms in the 1v1v1 fight enormously outsclae all his previous feats.(aka he got stronger at some point)

I haven’t read the chapter in a bit so I could be misremembering but I don’t remember it being stated how much effort Saitama put into fight with Orochi. For all we know Saitama used 1% of his power and the scaling goes like Saitama 1%

PsykosOrochi is miles stronger than Orochi brother, if Tatsumaki can beat up PsykosOrochi, Tatsumaki can easily take out Orochi as well. Saitama wasn't even serious during the fight with Orochi that's why his heart survived and merged with Psykos and became even stronger, even God gave them powers to be even stronger
