An easy, quick and inexpensive recipe! this Italian hot milk cake recipe for breakfast or a snack. It's so light that when you bite into a piece it feels like you're tasting a cloud. Its texture is so soft, fluffy. Its realization is easy and fast, with ingredients that you will find in your pantry
Ingredients :
4 eggs
150g sugar (3/4 cup)
a pinch of salt
240ml of milk (1 cup)
4 tablespoons of butter 60g
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
320g all-purpose flour (3 cups)
1 tablespoon baking powder (baking powder)15g
Mold 30*20cm
icing sugar
Bake 30-35 minutes at 180C
