Totally waste of time and energy. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete then click on Sign out. It takes you to log in page. Sometimes Pc warns as GTA SA and/or File manager is running. Just click on Sign out anyways and you're done!

Simple solution I must say- >Click on new game >Press enter to skip intro >Press esc >Go to new game again >Go to load game >Select the saved file >And enjoy gaming
