Without Pryor it really feels like we are hitting the reset button to before the pre season

Next year, I believe the NCAA approved teams can have up to 15 scholarship players. Next year, we seriously need to take HUGE advantage and hopefully we don’t have to deal with the injury bug big time

Something about California guys at Louisville that for some reason never seem to pan out. Probably better sticking to the midwest, Southeast guys for the bulk of our HS talent.

I agree. We've had much better luck with locals and southerners in the past maybe we could again

Well I’m sure Pierce Clarkson will be entering here soon.. he is the final member of that famous “Flyville” group with Jamari entering.. I think we all know that Brohms portal mentality is gonna end up putting a lot of high school recruits into the portal eventually and it’s showing its hand now. Which I’m fine with as long as he keeps killing the portal.

Sometimes the performance isn’t great, but you keep fighting and secure the victory. Even with the injuries, I think the team can get to the bubble discussion. That doesn’t happen if you don’t win the games you’re supposed to

It is.. we are now 3 wins away from Kenny Payne 2 year win TOTAL in the first half of PKs first season.. We need to realize that Louisville was in such a bad place that we are in a total rebuild mode. The point of this season is as long there’s growth in the culture.. and that’s definitely happening because Paynes teams would have quit this game at half time and that did not happen.

UofL bball is a has been now. CPK is a mid major coach with mid major talent. I am hoping coach will do lots of on the job training this season and realizes he needs to up the level of talent. I still have hope for the future but this season..best we can hope is a .500 season and an NIT invite.

That’s the point. Louisville just needed a team that can win games. I believe he will get the talent. Louisville is in the running for a 5star PG for next season. We are expected to have his commitment. The fact we still see this team fight is a major culture shift from the past two seasons. It shows recruits that this brand and fan base is a top 10 brand and fan base in the country. Just show that u care and we can take care of the rest when it comes to recruiting as in fan base, nil money. Ext.

Everyone except for Duke has mid major talent with the transfer portal and Louisville would have been fine if we didn't have 3 major injuries PK I believe will make a fantastic coach at Louisville those injuries would be brutal for any team to have to face.
